In recent more than 10 years,with the continuous improvement of quality education and the implementation of new curriculum reform in basic education,people pay more and more attention to the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive quality.However,it is ignored that self-management is the key to promoting the comprehensive quality and overall development of the students.At present,most families in our country are only children.Under the care and indulgence of parents,the status of autonomous management of primary school pupils is not optimistic.Primary school students,with very strong plasticity,at this stage to cultivate their independent management,improve the independent management ability not only has important significance to the development of students comprehensive quality,but also has an important influence on the students in the future of world outlook,outlook on life and values formation.Therefore,this study based on the collation and analysis of relevant literature,using literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,observation method,statistical analysis and other research methods,taking Harbin A primary school students as the research object,to study pupils' self management,from four aspects of main management,time independent management interpersonal,independent management,thorough investigation of students' self management,summarizes the current students' self management problems,analyze the reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This thesis adopts the combination of theory and practice,which is divided into four chapters to explain the status,problems and Countermeasures of primary school students' independent management.The first chapter is the introduction: it mainly expounds how the problem is raised,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of related concepts and the research methods used in this paper.The second chapter is the investigation of the current situation.The pupils in A primary school in Harbin are selected as the research objects,and the methods of questionnaire,interview,observation and statistical analysis are applied for the detailed investigation and research.On the basis of that,the findings are summarized andanalyzed.The third chapter is the analysis of problems and reasons: through analyzing and summarizing the status of independent management of A primary school students,the author thinks that at present the following problems: Students' self management of students' self awareness,self management content is not standardized,haven't developed the tube good physical habits,self evaluation ability is low.At the same time,based on the questionnaire survey of primary school students and interviews with school leaders,parents,class teachers and students,the author expounds the causes of pupils' self management from four aspects: schools,parents,class teachers and students.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to solve the problems: schools should renew the education idea,innovation management,create independent management of the school environment for students;improve the home school cooperation mechanism,enhance the level of family education;teachers should adhere to the "people-oriented",class management scientific and effective;students should enhance the consciousness of independence,and the formation of independent management the ability of autonomous learning.
