The development of The Times is increasingly demanding for students nowadays.What the country needs is independent,active and modern talents.The ability of self-management is an important indicator to test today's teenagers.However,the family's coddling of children and the suppression of education,the children's independent management ability is very deficient.This research mainly through the form of questionnaire and interview,from students,parents,teachers,teacher in four aspects to understand the current situation of Dalian Development Zone in the elementary school higher grades of autonomous management,and to find out the problems appeared in the process of autonomous management efforts to develop and produce.Finally,from the five aspects of school,family,teacher,class teacher and students,the lack of self-management ability is solved.Solutions are as follows: the idea of school change scores,to strengthen the training of teachers' professional skills and professional level,take the head teacher help system,organize rich and colorful cultural activities,change good teachers electoral rules;At the family level,change the current situation of coddling,let the children go out,and communicate with the head teacher closely;At the teacher level,teachers should enrich themselves in time and treat each student fairly.The class teacher level,let each student participate in class construction,regular to the student to carry on the thought education class meeting;Students themselves,establish the protagonist consciousness,the positive open heart.To realize the self-management ability of teenagers.
