At present when Internet technology is developing rapidly,all traditional industries are marching to the "Internet+" to search for new development.The education has achieved an unprecedented development in recent years because of the formation of "Internet + Education" industry.Online education platforms at home and abroad are soaring,and the rise of big data has also brought new opportunities for online education.Making use of online education to conduct study and examinations to obtain credits and certificates has become an essential means to solve the injustice of education and promote the development of the education industry.It is an important part of online education research and application how to build high-quality courses and conduct scientific and impartial assessment on students through high-quality test resources and scientific examination systems.At present,the MOOC-based online education has several problems,such as non-standard curriculum construction and low level of construction;teachers also have the thought of "attaching great importance to the construction of curriculum learning resources,but making light of the construction of examination evaluation resources",and generally don't pay enough attention to the construction of question banks of curriculum examinations;as online education platforms haven't offered enough support for the structure design of test question banks and the composition methods of examination papers,so they couldn't fully meet the requirements of online study and examination.In view of the above problems,based on the study on the development and status of the MOOC educational platforms at home and abroad,the standards of curriculum construction as well as the construction of test question banks of online courses and the application of test paper composition methods and big data in online education and so on,a standard of MOOC construction was put forward creatively in this paper,which has already been printed and distributed as the normative document of the army's online course construction for the entire army to use;suggestions and thoughts were put forward on the construction of military occupational educational MOOC according to this standard.In addition,a comprehensive evaluation standard of MOOC was put forward,which has been used as the course evaluation standard for the Dream Course Study Platform of National University of Defense Technology.On the basis of a systematical study on the quantity,quality,composition structure and construction method of the test questions in the question bank of the Dream Course Platform,the question bank construction and the optimization algorithm of test paper composition based on the test data was studied systematically.A self-adaptive optimization model of examination question banks was proposed through analysis and excavation on the result data of online tests.Based on the classical measurement theory,an optimized test paper composition method was developed,which made the test question bank and the test system more scientific and reasonable,and provided application basis for the steady quality of online examination papers and scientific test on students' learning ability.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;the second one is the research on the construction standardization and evaluation standards of online education curriculum,as well as the study and thought conducted on the construction of the military professional education MOOC;the third chapter is the research on the question bank construction;the fourth chapter is the research on examination systems;Chapter 5 is the conclusion.
