Management Of Private Education In The New Situation

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the acceleration of new urbanization,the living standard of the people has generally improved,and the demand for education has also undergone structural changes.The demand for educational resources,especially high-quality educational resources,has been rising.In this context,the development of education in China is also facing severe pressures and challenges in terms of system,structure and distribution of resources.With the rapid development of society under the new situation,the contradiction between the rapid growth of people's demand for educational resources and the shortage and uneven distribution of educational resources in China has become more prominent.In China,private education has a long history of development,has been a powerful supplement to public education,and this supplementary role with the development of society is becoming more and more important.In the current situation of shortage of educational resources,to promote the development of private education,optimize and strengthen the management of private education,so that private education can play a greater role in supplementing educational resources,is one of the important ways to solve the current dilemma of educational resources.However,for a long time,especially under the new situation of rapid social and economic development,the management of private education in China has been faced with many problems,such as policies,funds,operations and so on.The lack of effective and high-quality management has brought a certain degree of difficulties and obstacles to the development of private education.The proper solution will continue to affect the healthy development of private education and its function.In this paper,the author mainly under the background of the new situation,taking the development of C private education real estate as an example,explains the current situation of private education in China and the problems encountered in the management of private education,in order to reflect on the plight and reasons of private education management in China,especially in some areas can not give full play to the role of promotion..Based on Pareto Optimal Theory and Structural Function Theory,this paper applies the above-mentioned theory to the empirical analysis of the management of private education,finds out the phenomena and causes of poor management of private education,and sums up useful experiences for reference by comparing the better management areas of private education abroad.Then,based on Pareto Optimal Theory and Structural Function Theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the management of private education in China.
