It’s an important guarantee for the primary and secondary school teachers to receive IT skills training to keep up with the pace of the times, to enhance information literacy, to ensure scientific and effective use of information resources in course of teaching. In order to promote the training to achieve optimal results, effectively promote the professional development of teachers, improve teaching skills, teacher training must implement ongoing process, summative evaluation to identify training deficiency and resolve in a timely manner, to provide reference for later training project with the rational design of training programs to improve the effectiveness of training. Therefore, it is an effective means to optimize the training schemes and improve the training effectiveness to evaluate teacher training, and it has important theoretical and practical value.The effectiveness of short-term training of IT for primary and secondary schools teachers is studied in this thesis. On the one hand, the Training expectations and the satisfaction of the training program are measured from trained teachers. On the other hand, the effectiveness of the training program is measured and effects of influencing factors of training are identified from the trained teachers that the effects of their classroom teaching practice. The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Chapterl elaborated on the source of the problem, the purpose and significance of the research, major contents of the research, the present research status at home and abroad, and major research methods,at finally, the deficiency of the studies existing and innovation of this thesis are introduced.Chapter2introduced theoretical Basis, The Problem-Based Learning Theory, Adult Study Theory, Maslow’s Demand Theory as theoretical foundation of research this all the life which Provides theoretical support for the follow-up study.Chapter3studied the research design and research process. The effectiveness of the training project is studied from two viewpoints. The satisfaction degree of the training scheme is measured from the point of view of the trained teachers, and effectiveness of the training scheme is measured from the point of view of their classroom teaching practice and the corresponding effect, and then the main influencing factors are recognized. Two questionnaires are designed based on adult study theory, Maslow’s Demand Theory, Kirkpatrick Model and the analysis of the reliability and validity is implemented.Chapter4presented statistical analysis process and the corresponding results. A case study of Zhejiang Normal University training platform, the related data in training are collected by questionnaire investigation, and analyzed by statistical methods. The scientificalness and effectiveness of the measure method is validatingd in this dissertation.Chapter5presented conclusions and suggestions. According to the statistical result of the data provided by the questionnaire, the deficiency on the training processes and some suggestions is put forward.Chapter6is conclusion and prospect. The research result and innovation are summarized and some useful empirical results are concluded to provide for follow study.
