The growth point of education and schools lies in the quality of teachers,and high-quality teachers depend on the training of teachers.In recent years,the development of teacher training in primary and secondary schools in our country has been relatively rapid.Its driving force comes from the policies and the objective needs of teacher training,namely,the influence of a learning society,the incentive of international talent competition,etc.Various situations have made teacher training a common practice.Therefore,taking the training needs and conditions of elementary school teachers in mountainous counties as the focus of research,based on a comprehensive analysis of the development of teacher training at home and abroad,using analytical thinking of performance models,starting with the comparison of teacher training needs and the status of teacher training,then The dimension of performance analysis combined with the research dimension of OTP model of teacher training finally established the analysis from three aspects: personnel,organization,and task.Taking the theory of lifelong education,humanism and behavior change as the theoretical basis,taking the training activities of elementary school teachers in L county of Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as the research object,the county primary school was studied through literature research,questionnaires and interviews.Survey and understand the needs and status of teacher training,and visualize the survey results.The survey found that although the primary school teacher training activities in the county have made progress under the support of national policies,there are still some problems to some extent.Through sorting out and analyzing these problems and influencing factors,it is found that they are mainly concentrated in the following three aspects: first,the main body of teacher training is slack in evacuation and "unable to do what it wants";second,the main body of training is "weak and hard to support",with little effect;third,the relevant departments such as schools are "unstable" as training aids.Based on this,we can improve teachers' active learning ability,improve the training body and gather the strength of relevant departments to stimulate teachers' internal training motivation and realize teachers' efficient training.
