The demand for high quality education resources is greater in the current society,and primary education is an important part of basic education,so it is also an important part of the society to obtain high quality resources.However,there are unbalanced development of primary education resources in China.Generally speaking,cities are better than counties and counties are better than rural ones.With the development of urbanization,with the transfer of rural school-age children to the county town,the primary school education resources of the county city are relatively tense,and the large class amount is more common,which is unfavorable to the study of children.But the formation of the large class in the county is regional and unique.In order to clarify the current situation of the large class education in the primary school County of Hebei Province,this paper further analyzes the causes of the specific occurrence of the large class.This paper,taking G County as an example,explores the causes and Countermeasures of the large class of primary schools.In order to make the research of this paper deep and practical,in addition to the traditional literature method,the research methods are used to provide the direction and ideas for the research.The data analysis method is used to study the current situation of large class size in G County primary school.Through investigating the current situation of education resources in G County,the data analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of large class size and the severity of large class size.Data collection of various departments such as education authorities and Finance Bureau of G county was carried out to understand the impact of government investment.Interview method is also applied to the harm of large class size and the influence of social parents on large class size.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 parents and 200 students respectively.Through investigation and data analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in the large class size of G County primary school.There is a trend of continuous increase in the number of classes,and the ratio between teachers and students is not enough.The second part is the analysis of the causes of G county.From the macro level,it is mainly the acceleration of the objective factors resulting from the acceleration of the objective factors in the process of urbanization;the lack of government input affects the formation of large classes;the ability of the government to fully integrate social resources is insufficient.From the school level,different primary schools have different quality of education because of their different natural attributes,capital sources and policy support.From the parents' point of view,it is mainly because parents want to get high quality education to produce large classes,the realistic school factors of parents' school selection,and the parents' understanding of the value of family education.In the face of the problems and reasons for the large class of primary schools in the county of G County,we should increase the investment of educational resources through the national macro perspective,coordinate the development of urbanization and the matching of educational resources,implement the balanced development of urban and rural education,integrate the social resources fully,and improve the management level of the regional primary schools;guide the management of the regional primary schools;Parents set up correct educational ideas.In a word,the study of this article can play a positive role in improving the current situation of the large class in G county.It has some enlightening significance for other counties and cities with similar problems,so that the primary school education can be balanced development,alleviated the current situation of the large class and let the school-age children get better education.
