"Large Class Size" Classroom Management Strategy Research

With the changing of the times,economic growth,and technological development,more and more people pay more attention to education.The ensuing education issue is also attracting more and more attention.The large class problem has a certain degree of typicality.Regardless of urban or rural areas,large classes are common in primary and secondary schools in China.With parents' emphasis on children's education,the "choice of school" has become increasingly fierce.This has led to a serious "major class" for schools with good hardware and high teaching quality.Although the Ministry of Education has carried out macro-control over the large class sizes from the national policy level and put it on the rectification agenda,due to the limitations of the national conditions,it is impossible to change the objective existence of large primary school classes in the recent period.The solution to the problem of classroom management and improving its effectiveness has become an unavoidable issue for us at present.The author sorts out the existing literature and chooses to go deep into the Y primary school in Yanjiao Township,Sanhe City,Hebei Province,conduct field surveys,combine quantitative and qualitative research methods,and describe in-depth the current status of classroom management under the "major class" organization of the current primary school,found out what kind of problems existed in the current large classroom management,explored the influence of different management behaviors on the students in the current classroom teaching process,and on this basis put forward strategies to effectively improve classroom management,with a view to large classes in elementary schools.The effectiveness of classroom management can be improved to promote the overall development of students.This article consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research objects,research ideas,research methods and related research.The second part is based on the status quo survey of individual schools and finds that there are many real problems in the management of large class in the primary school.These problems include poor classroom discipline,single teaching methods,and less interaction between teachers and students.The cause analysis was conducted.The third part analyzes the causes of the inefficient management in the large classroom in primary schools,and further studies the effective management strategies of the large classrooms,and sums up the practical teaching experience of the primary classroom teachers that is worthy of reference in the practical classroom.The fourth part further discusses how to make a large more efficient management strategies.This article believes that from the teacher's perspective,it is necessary to improve the teacher's classroom management level and do a good job of classroom regulation.From the student's perspective,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of student self-discipline behavior to optimize the classroom teaching management;from the school level,we must change the school education management concept.Encourage teachers to change the traditional view of classroom teaching.Although the country's macro-control has already begun,the objective existence of large-class classes will continue for a long period of time.Teachers,being the main force of the education front,have the responsibility and obligation to actively and actively adapt to the current situation of large-class classroom management.While drawing on successful experiences,the key is to combine the specific conditions of education and continuously explore strategies for improving the management quality of large classes.I hope that this study can provide some reference from the micro level of schools and teachers,and provide some reference for teachers in the "large class" class.
