Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Education In Private Kindergartens

As a part of English education,kindergarten English education plays an important role in children's ability to learn a new language.In recent years,with the vigorous development of early childhood education,English education in kindergartens has been more and more included in the scope of research by relevant scholars.As an important supplement to public kindergartens,private kindergartens play an important role in promoting the development of children.Therefore,the study of private kindergarten English education is of great practical significance.With the theme of problems and answers in Kindergarten English education,this paper investigates the current situation in 3 Shijiazhuang private kindergartens: W,H and E.According to the research idea of “problem proposal---problem analysis –problem solving”,the author made the detailed research in 4 aspects with questionnaire surveys and interviews: educators(parents and teachers)understanding about kindergarten English education,education resources,ways of implementation and class activities.The study found that there are following problems in private kindergarten English education: First,parents and teachers have inconsistent understanding of early childhood English education;Second,there are many teachers in early childhood English education who lack training and teaching experience with low academic qualifications;Third,the Hardware and software environment and routine communication of early childhood English education is not satisfying,with few English class and bad cooperation between home and kindergarten.Fourth,children's English class quality are not ideal.The teachers don't know much about teaching objectives,lack of experience teaching and situational teaching where children's participation chances are not so many.Therefore,how to improve the level of English education in private kindergartens,which is the question that this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions including 4 aspects: 1)change teachers' concepts so that teachers can correctly understand kindergarten English education;2)strengthen teacher training and improving children's English education;3)select suitable English content,emphasizing the fun of teaching;4)create a good atmosphere for English learning;5)pay attention to the kindergarten cooperation and improve cognitive consistency.
