Research On The Features Of Running Private Kindergarten

With the promulgation of the National medium and long-termeducational reform and development program (2010-2020) and somesuggestions on the development of preschool education, our country will paymore attention to develop preschool education. It is a great opportunity forthe private kindergartens to cope with the public ones. However the privatekindergartens still have trouble in developing.one is that they can’tunderstand specialty very well.The paper gives an example of feature of running the Sidekindergarten in Saihan district in Hohhot City and discusses closely a topicof feature of running a private kindergarten exploring initially the feature ofrunning Side kindergarten in Saihan District in Hohhot City. I used variousmethods of reading related document widely, case study, observation aninvestigation to study and explore the feature of running Side kindergartenin Saihan District in Hohhot City from many aspects.The paper is composed of four parts: in the first part, at first, it statesthe origin of choosing a topic, aim and meaning of study and setslimitations to the related contents. Secondly, it analyzes the related studybased on a topic of feature of running a kindergarten. Finally, it tells thereaders the methods of study and thinking.In the second part, it discusses the features of running Sidekindergarten and summary of the experiences of a private kindergarten inSaihan District in Hohhot City. Firstly, it introduces general situation ofSide kindergarten in Saihan District in Hohhot City. Secondly, it analyzesthe features of running a kindergarten based on the point of love educationfrom building of material environment, educational approaches, teachers,parents etc. It summarizes the forming the features of running a private kindergarten in Saihan District following points-excavating and applyingthe resources of course of love lecture on the basis of the study; improvingfeature of running a kindergarten; creating feature of running akindergarten by our endless efforts etc.In the third part, it analyzes the challenge that Side kindergartenencounters in the process of running a kindergarten in an all-round andsystematic way. It mainly talks from the aspects of facilities in thekindergarten, special teachers, the resources of course of love, theory offeatured education etc.In the fourth part, it suggests the countermeasures which contributes toimproving of feature of private preschool education according to the partsdiscussed above from the two points: theory and practice–optimizingprivate preschool education, studying theory of featured education further,making clear opinion and theory of running a kindergarten, strengtheningthe building of team of teachers, enhancing scientific study of educationalwork etc.
