A Study On Bilding And Improving Scientific Research Quality Management System In Universities

Recently some universities have built up the Quality Management System(QMS)according to ISO9001 in order to promote the scientific research development and enhance the scientific research quality.It has proven to be effective.However,many problems arise during the course of establishment and enforcement of the system because of its debut,For example,the system(QMS)is out of joint with practical work,the consciousness of QMS is feeble,and it can't be carried out effectively.So it has to be further studied about how to built scientific QMS suitable for universities and how to promote its effectiveness and exert its effect and values.Based on the concept,relative theory and standard system of QMS,this paper analyzes the actuality of universities,scientific management and need to build QMS and the difficulties and policies of its function.Furthermore,this paper expatiates the course,means and procedures of the QMS.This paper takes QMS of XD for example and puts emphasis on the major problems existing in QMS and its cause.This paper brings forward that the problems' solution needs universities' recognition,consciousness's enhancement,management structure's optimization and assorting management,hoped can give an impetus to the universities' scientific quality management work.
