In 2010 the ministry of education,human resources and social security ministry and the ministry of finance jointly issued "on the implementation of the national vocational education reform,development and demonstration of the opinions of the school building programme" file,file points out that the secondary vocational education is an important part of the education system in China,is improving national quality,but also to strengthen national industry development,the national core competitiveness,building a harmonious society,and the basis of the construction of human resources power.In this document,the key tasks of the construction of secondary vocational schools are clearly emphasized,including the reform of the training mode,the reform of the teaching mode,the reform of the school running mode,the innovation of education content and the enhancement of the construction of teachers.It also emphasizes the reform of the traditional talent training mode centered on school and classroom,and the close contact with employers such as enterprises,and the implementation of personnel training methods such as combining work with study and school-enterprise cooperation.To adapt to the needs of the professional position,strengthen the practice teaching,and promote knowledge transfer and production practice closely linked.The curriculum of secondary vocational schools is the key to the reform of personnel training mode,teaching mode,school-running mode,education content and the construction of teaching staff.The construction of quality courses in secondary vocational schools can be described as "a matter of a matter of a matter of impact".The effectiveness of the construction of quality courses directly determines the quality of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools.At present,Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region is thoroughly implementing the relevant policies of education teaching reform of national secondary vocational schools,promoting the curriculum development and construction of Xinjian secondary vocational schools,constantly improving the quality of personnel training,and strengthening the concept of career education serving social needs.From 2010 to 2017,Xinjiang selected a total of 100 outstanding secondary education courses,providing guidance for optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,concentrating on building excellent courses,and effectively promoting the construction and development of characteristic professional courses in the province.Taking this course as an example,this paper probes into the experience and problems of a health school in Korla,Xinjiang,during the construction of a quality course.Through investigation and case analysis,the author strives to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of high-quality courses in secondary vocational schools,as well as the cultivation model,teaching model,teaching content and the construction of teaching staff.This article mainly contains the following four parts:Part one: introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign related research status,concept definition and research methods of the paper.Part two: the background of the construction of quality courses in a health school in Korla,Xinjiang.This paper introduces the management system of quality curriculum construction of a health school in Korla city from four aspects: reward mechanism,supervision mechanism,evaluation mechanism and fund management mechanism.Part three: case analysis of the construction of maternity nursing at the autonomous region level.Through to the Xinjiang Korla health school autonomous region level in front of the fine course construction of the gynecology and obstetrics nursing field research,from the teaching team construction,curriculum,teaching methods and means of construction,practical base construction,summarizes the practical effect and experience of the fine course construction,points out the construction results and existing problems.Part four: further Suggestions on the construction of regional fine courses.Further Suggestions are put forward for the future construction of fine courses of a health school in Korla city of Xinjiang from the aspects of improvement of management mechanism,construction of teachers,construction of teaching content,reform of teaching methods and means,and construction of practical training base.
