Vocational guidance is an important guarantee for the sustainable development ofsecondary vocational schools, is one of the important indicators to measure school qualityof secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational school development andimprovement of an important guarantee for the same time also a secondary vocationalschool moral education an important way. This paper mainly from other vocational schoolsvocational guidance status quo, problems and countermeasures has done some analysis anddemonstration, and to Qujing Business school career guidance. Specific problems andsolutions discussed in detail as an example.Vocational guidance is a multidisciplinary integrated curriculum can develop students’healthy personality, through a broad and sociology, psychology, pedagogy course, andestablish a true concept of employment. Therefore, cultural program is important, but avocational guidance courses in secondary vocational schools is also essential vocationalcourses. In secondary vocational schools throughout the vocational guidance is based onthe actual needs of society and the development of social structure the training needs of theoverall quality of students is in line with the employment and entrepreneurship embodimentof the concept of social development, adhere to the employment-oriented, that is, thedevelopment of the final objectives.This article aims to vocational schools from the point of view to analyze the problemsof vocational guidance, discusses the importance of vocational education in vocationalguidance throughout and feasibility, to carry out reform of the vocational guidance coursesfor vocational schools, vocational schools vocational guidance system construction providecertain theoretical reference. The practical significance of the issues that this articlediscusses vocational schools vocational guidance is combined with the actual situation of avocational school, vocational school students launched an investigation questionnaire, thefindings obtained directly reflects a vocational schools vocational guidance shortcomingsand problems, put forward the corresponding strategy can be used in vocational schoolsactually improve career guidance.Through the analysis and research of the universality of the secondary vocationalschools, vocational guidance and representation, summed up some targeted practicalproblems, the representative specific solutions and rationalization of construction advice,other secondary vocational school career guidance has a certain significance.
