Under the background of the present era,the reform of education has put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of teachers in vocational schools and the training of teachers.Outstanding teachers will be the pioneers of education reform and development in China,pioneers,pioneers,the future may become the wisdom of cultivating talented people.Therefore,the cultivation and training of excellent teachers will affect the development of education in our country and even bring hope to the future of the whole nation.The research object of this study focuses on the "village",which is based on the need of the development of rural education and its special environment and characteristics.With the rapid development of the economy of the eastern coastal provinces and cities in China,the western region has implemented the strategy of great development.This means that "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has become the most important issue for our country to realize the development of harmonious society.This series of problems,will cause us to the rural secondary vocational school teachers' attention,thinking and understanding,prompting us to really care about the survival and development of rural secondary vocational school teachers.The rural secondary vocational school teachers is good,excellent technology and nostalgia Hui Xiang county occupation technical secondary school teachers,understand the rural know teaching teachers,teachers and teachers in secondary vocational schools is the top,"thick Xiang" excellent teacher.This paper is composed of introduction and six chapters.The introduction mainly discusses the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,the purpose and content of the research,research ideas,methods and techniques;the first chapter firstly by the method of literature research,clarify the core concept of rural vocational schools,excellent teacher,rural secondary vocational school teachers of excellence,and from the teachers' professional development theory,the theory of lifelong education combing the basic theory;the second chapter expounds the connotation of rural secondary vocational schools,excellent teacher characteristics and formation rules;the third chapter on the present situation of rural secondary vocational school teachers of excellence are analyzed by using the method of questionnaire investigation;the fourth chapter uses the field investigation method,depth interviews to explore the factors of rural secondary vocational schools to develop excellent teachers;the fifth chapter puts forward the develop path finally,combing;summarizes this study,summed up the innovation,put forward the problems,and the future research Point of view.
