Research On The Construction Of Innovative Practical Teaching Mode For Economics And Management Majors In Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational education is a vocational education carried out in the stage of high school education,focusing on training skilled personnel with comprehensive vocational ability and high-quality workers,is an important part of education in China,is one of the basic driving forces of economic and social development in China.In recent years,with the development of economic and society and the increasing demand for economic and management talents,the cultivation of economic and management professionals in secondary vocational colleges has attracted more and more attention.Especially,how to carry out practical teaching activities in an orderly manner to train more basic economic and management service providers with strong comprehensive ability for society.Therefore,this paper focuses on the practical teaching mode of economics and management in secondary vocational schools.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:The first part,first of all,combs the research results at home and abroad corresponding to the background,purpose,function and practical significance of the paper,so as to make the research ideas clear,and further clarify the innovation and possible shortcomings of the research.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts of the innovative practical teaching mode of economics and management majors in secondary vocational schools,and sorts out the relationship between career education and industrial evolution to provide theoretical basis for the thesis.The third part,through questionnaire survey,interview records,data analysis and other ways to carry on empirical research about some economics and management professional teachers and students of secondary vocational schools,analyzing the current situation of practice teaching of economics and management professional,summarizing the main problems of practice teaching.The fourth part is the core content of this thesis.Firstly,this paper expounds the construction principles of innovative practical teaching mode of economics and management specialty in secondary vocational colleges.Secondly,through the supplement and perfection of the objective system,curriculum system and management system of practical teaching,an innovative practical teaching model which accords with the situation of secondary vocational colleges is finally worked out.Finally,it puts forward the necessary safeguard measures in the implementation of innovative practice teaching mode.The fifth part summarizes and combs the main contents of this article.
