With the development of education in our country,educational concepts and educational policies have undergone tremendous changes.Higher vocational education has become more and more important in China's education,and it is becoming more and more important in China's economic development.According to the 2017 National Education Development Statistics Bulletin released by the Ministry of Education,2017 China Higher Vocational College There are a total of110.495 million students enrolled in the school,accounting for 40.13% of the total number of students in general higher education.The number of graduates is 3.5164 million,accounting for 47.79% of the total number of graduates in general higher education.The number of students and graduates is yearly.rising trend.In the "National Medium-and Long-Term Education and Reform Plan(2010-2020)" document,the government clearly stated that "the implementation of the combination of work-study,school-enterprise cooperation,and post-training talent training mode.Establish and improve the government-led,industry guidance,enterprise participation in running schools.Mechanism,formulate laws and regulations to promote school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the institutionalization of school-enterprise cooperation."Z Company is an educational institution.It has cooperated with universities across the country for many years to jointly build and handle communications majors.It is a company that cooperates with schools and enterprises.It has accumulated certain experience under the requirements of the school-enterprise cooperation model.However,with the development of education,the requirements of the enterprise side in the school-enterprise cooperation are constantly improving,and the ability requirements of the full-time teachers of the enterprises in the school-enterprise cooperation are more comprehensive.Z company undertakes the delivery of core professional courses in the school-enterprise cooperation profession.It is the Z company to improve the overall level of the company's full-time lecturers,improve the quality of professional course delivery,create their own and state ofmind victory,and establish a good social image.The problem that needs to be solved now.This paper draws on the relevant theories of training and development in the human resource management system,and studies the optimization of the full-time lecturer training system of Z company.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the background,purpose and significance of the research and the research methods used.The second part is to expound the related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in the research.The third part begins with the analysis of the Z company's profile,organizational structure,staff structure and training status of the full-time lecturer,and further draws the problems of the full-time lecturer training system and the causes of the problems.The fourth part is based on the previous investigation,combined with the actual situation of Z company,to build a new full-time lecturer training system framework.The fifth part is to ensure the corresponding safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the training system.The sixth part summarizes the conclusions of this paper and points out the areas that need improvement in the research.I hope that the research process and results of this paper can have certain reference value for enterprises under the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
