Investigation On The Effect Of Middle School Chemistry Teacher Replacement Full-time Training

The National Training program for teachers of primary and middle schools, is also called Guo Pei Plan. Since it was set up in 2010, the programme has been carried out warmly for nearly five years. The studies for “Guo Pei Plan”have been countless already, but there are few researches on the development of teachers’ professional training. The training effect is the starting point and the foothold of the training work, so it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive investigation and research on the training effect. This study puts the replacement of full- time training of the Junior high school chemistry in hebei province in 2014, by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and text analysis method of combining research methods, participating in the training of the teachers’ training effect were investigated and analyzed carefully.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and text data, I draw the following conclusions: First, through focusing learning and shadow learning for a month, whether it is from the awareness level, knowledge level, or from the operational level, ability level, the teachers have certain change and ascension on educational psychology, education idea, discipline Teaching knowledge, teaching design, teaching behavior and teaching research.Eecond,for different types of teachers who were in every dimension of training effect, teachers’ training effect has obvious difference in gender, which are shown as following: Male teachers have a better training effect than female teachers, and teachers who have specialist qualifications have a better training effect than teachers who have bachelor’s degree. Besides, the teachers who have taught for 11 to 15 years have a better training effect than others.
