Nowadays promoting teaching Chinese as a second language education,people tend to focus on teaching methods,speech vocabulary,etc.Just pay little attention to issues such as classroom management.In fact classroom management is one of the important factors influencing teaching achievements,occupies a very important place in teaching.Due to the nature of pupil and the age,often appear all sorts of problems in class status,the importance of classroom management may show up at this moment,but at the same time classroom management has become a key point in the teaching,more so for immersion of the Chinese classroom,therefore build one pretty management,to make sure the quality of teaching.Along with the development of the international Chinese teaching of elementary and middle schools,the original teaching achievements have been powerless to face the asks of present.At this time,it is still groping age,the case study found that the problem remains to be further in-depth.In this paper,the author based on the ground to teaching in Mississippi Heights Elementary School in the United States.Starting from the 39 classes taught by the teacher,some cases were selected and displayed from the order,teacher,student and surrounding,and combined with the behavior management strategy with the United States Nurtured Heart Approach? points out the problems and deficiencies of teachers in classroom management,and provided suggestions for solutions,hoping to help future volunteer teachers who teach in non-immersive elementary schools in the United States.This paper is distributed into three major parts:The introduction part mainly introduced the research origin,research significance and the innovation points,illustrates the research ideas and research methods,and based on the literature review,it gives a basic overview of the Chinese teaching in the United States,the American education concept and the related situation of the Mississippi Heights Elementary School(MHES),brought up the subject in the research of this thesis.The second part is the body,which is also the core part of the full text.It is divided into four chapters.Respectively from the four aspects of management content,with several cases,combined with Nurtured Heart Approach? behavior management strategies which more popular in American elementary school recent years,to analyze the problems of non-immersive Chinese classes.The third part is the conclusion,based on the problems existing in the case,summarized the conclusions of this study and gain the inspiration gain enlightenment from the study.Put forward some suggestions and insufficient about MHES.
