The absolute number of elderly people in China is large,the development trend is rapid,the trend of aging is aggravated,the growth rate of the elderly living alone and empty nesters is accelerated,the proportion is increased,and the degree of aging is accelerated and deepened.After the material conditions have been basically satisfied,the elderly pay more and more attention to the quality of spiritual and cultural life.More and more elderly people choose the platform of geriatric university to enrich their geriatric life.The phenomenon in many places of geriatric University reflects the continuous growth of the demand of the elderly for geriatric university.Therefore,in recent years,the development momentum of geriatric universities has been rapid,and the number of participants has doubled.Besides family,geriatric universities have increasingly become an important place for the activities of the elderly.However,the negative phenomenon of power imbalance and asylum relationship has been constantly appearing in the actual operation of the old university,which has seriously affected the realization of the goal of "have something to enjoy,something to learn and something to do" in the old university,and hinder the function of lifelong education in the old university.The academic research on the old university pays more attention to the imbalance between the supply and demand of the old university and the imperfect curriculum content.There are few studies on the internal disorder of the old university.After the author’ s observation and field research on the old university,the author found that all kinds of negative phenomena of the old university are closely related to factors such as complex and variable internal personnel and lack of institutional constraints.The lack of system and the complexity of personnel have led to complex internal social relations.Complex internal social relations have fostered problems such as "rent-seeking" and asylum.As a result,older universities have become the base of corruption.Especially in the realistic background of the large-scale expansion of the old university,the old university with problem will be built in the all parts of the country.These university will have a serious negative impact on the life of the elderly,the construction of the old university,and the development of the elderly education.The research object of this study is the internal social relationship of the elderly university.The qualitative research method is adopted.The S old university is used as a case study.The analysis framework is built from the perspective of the social relationship theory of "human feeling,face and power reproduction" to explore the old university.The dynamic evolution of internal social relations,discusses how the complex social relationships within the old universities are formed to explain the internal disorder of the old universities,and enrich the research topics of the internal interactions of the local organizations.The study found that,first,people with different motivations and goals get different identities in older universities.They use different means to establish relationships with others,such as pleasing social relations,and mutually beneficial resources.Interchangeable social relations,gift-based social relations of gift delivery,and teacher-type social relations generated by interest.Second,after the generation of social relations,dramatic dynamic changes are caused by different factors such as time,quantity,and conflict,which are embodied in the mutual transformation between relationships and the internal changes in relationships.Third,in the process of dynamic change of relationship,the two subjects at the two ends form a new understanding and understanding of the relationship.When the understanding and understanding of the relationship are generally recognized,the social relations within the old university change from violent to stable.It is manifested in the establishment of a series of invisible rules,which on the one hand maintain the temporary stability within the old university and on the other hand alienate the development of the old university.Based on the above findings,the author believes that the lack of system,the lack of professional management and the hidden interests of the identity have led to the dynamic evolution of the internal social relations of the elderly universities,which has formed internal complex social relationships and triggered various negative problems in the operation of the old universities.Through the above analysis,the author proposes the following countermeasures:multi-agent cooperation in running schools,introduction of government procurement services;improvement of the welfare of teachers and managers,training of dedicated senior education teachers;formation of a systematic education evaluation system,optimization of management team,input of professional Education management talents.
