Research On The Public Credibility Of Chengmai County Government Statistics

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party,leading comrades of the Central Committee have issued important statistical work instructions on many occasions,highlighting the great importance attached by the Central Committee and its leaders to statistical work.With the continuous improvement of China's international status,China's role in the international community is becoming more and more important,and the role of statistical data in national decision-making is becoming more and more obvious.However,with the advent of the era of big data and the acceleration of economic globalization,more and more public attach importance to the production process of statistical data,and the frequency of understanding and using statistical data is gradually increasing.At the same time,there are different voices in the public opinion on statistical work,and there are still some public doubts about statistics.The quality of data and the statistical credibility of the government are facing great challenges.This paper studies the statistical credibility of Chengmai County government,with a view to obtaining the current data of the statistical credibility of Chengmai county government through electronic questionnaires in the form of long-term experience in grass-roots statistical work and understanding the public's understanding of the government's statistical work in 11 townships of Chengmai county and the various sectors of Jinan preparatory group.To improve the service quality of statistical institutions,and improve the credibility of the government's statistics.Based on the data of Chengmai County Government Statistical Credibility Research Questionnaire,this paper collects the knowledge and feelings of the respondents on the government statistical credibility,and uses the comprehensive analysis method of questionnaire survey and statistical examples to get the current situation of Chengmai County Government Statistical Credibility,aiming at the relevant questions about the existence of the government statistical credibility.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of government statistical credibility,statistical data and the research status,research methods and innovations of government statistical credibility.The second part is the basic concepts and related theories of government statistical credibility.Firstly,this part defines the concepts of statistical institutions,focusing on explaining the basic meanings of public credibility,government credibility and government statistical credibility.Secondly,it analyses and discusses the information asymmetry theory and stakeholder theory.The third part is the questionnaire of Chengmai County Government Statistical Public Credit Research.It elaborates the basic ideas and principles of questionnaire design,preliminarily summarizes the results of the questionnaire survey,makes a simple analysis and cross-analysis of the survey results,and forms a judgment conclusion of the current situation of Chengmai County Government Statistical Public Credit based on the survey results and data analysis.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the present situation of Chengmai County government's statistical credibility.This part focuses on the low level of public participation in cooperating with statistical investigation,the lack of adequate understanding of statistical data indicators by the public,the administrative intervention of government officials,the uneven comprehensive quality of statisticians and the false propaganda of the news media.Six aspects are elaborated in detail,combined with the results of the survey questionnaire data,combined with grassroots statistical work experience,combined with residents'income and expenditure survey examples,combined with the statistical data of Chengmai County,the factors affecting the credibility of government statistics are found comprehensively.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the statistical credibility of Chengmai County Government.The results of the questionnaire and the reasons for the current situation of the statistical credibility are summarized.Six suggestions are put forward to improve the statistical credibility of the Government.One is to improve the comprehensive quality of statisticians,the other is to eliminate administative interference,and the third is to increase the interpretation and statistical work of statistical data.Fourthly,we should improve the enthusiasm of the public to participate in the statistical investigation.Fifthly,we should deepen the reform of the statistical management system.Sixthly,we should strengthen the control of public opinion,innovate the pattern of media publicity and create a positive atmosphere of public opinion.
