Study On The Improvement Of Local Government Statistical Credibility

With the development of China's economic and social development and the acceleration of the integration process,the public's demand for statistics and information has been increasing,and the statistics published by the government statistics department are attracting more and more extensive attention.Local government statistics as a direct reflection of the local socio-economic development results,and people's lives are closely related,and thus necessarily require the quality of data,accurate and transparent.However,in many ways,the public's own feelings are far from the published statistical survey data.Not only that,in January 2017,Governor of Liaoning Province Chen Qiufa for the first time in the government work report confirmed that the local economic data from 2011 to 2014 was injected into the water.Civil question and official recognition,local government statistics credibility is facing unprecedented challenges.In this paper,Xiangtan City,as a research example,is selected as the research example,and the basic theory of the theory of new public management,stakeholder theory and information asymmetry theory is used to combine the economic,political and social public angles.,And through the questionnaire survey to obtain the public understanding of the degree of statistics,attention,trust and other aspects of the first-hand information,and then the reasons for the lack of local government statistical credibility of the deep analysis,and finally put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research status quo at home and abroad,the research content and the method and the innovation place.The second part mainly carries on the related concept to the government credibility,the statistical credibility,the local government statistical credibility The third part uses the questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the statistical credibility of the Xiangtan city government,and according to the survey results,the statistical credibility of the Xiangtan city government is based on the investigation of the new public management theory,the stakeholder theory and the information asymmetry theory.The fourth part puts forward the realistic performance of the lack of statistical credibility of the Xiangtan city government-the distortion of the local government statistics,the large gap between the statistical data and the public feeling,and the transparency of the statistical work of the local government.The fourth part puts forward the analysis of the current situation,the measures taken and the results obtained.Not high,the statistical data can not meet the public needs,etc.,respectively,from the local government statistical departments are not independent,the local government assessment system is not reasonable,the current statistical system is not perfect and statistical work security system is not perfect and other aspects of its deep reason Analysis In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the statistical credibility of the local government,including improving the local government statistical system,innovating the local government evaluation mechanism,improving the current statistical method system and improving the statistical service service level.
