Compared with high school students, the quality of the vocational school students are the disadvantaged groups, which makes the students management face new challenges. How to perform ideal management and achieve the management target in vocational school is always an important study topic for most of the educators engaged in vocational education. The head teacher, the class sponsor also the executor and organizer of the education plays the special and core leading role in class management. The execution of the educational plan, the achievement of the cultivation goal and the growth and success of the students all depend on the educational managements. The ideal relationship between students and teachers can construct harmonious atmosphere for students to study, to make great progress and can even response the study interests and power. Therefore, the careful analysis of the intercommunication problems between students and teachers, the remove of the misunderstanding between students and the head teachers, the improvements of the student-teacher relationship all have the important sense for students management and achievement of educational goal in secondary vocational schools.The paper complies with the needs of the era, guided by modern educational concepts, adhere to macro survey and microanalysis and the method of literature search, investigation and case analysis. Combined with my own working experience, the author tries to discuss the problems existing in intercommunication between head teachers and students in the second vocational school. We take Jinan School of Business and Trade of Shandong Province as the research object. Based on the study, the author provides the strategies to promote the good intercommunications between head teacher and the students in the second vocational school. The paper consists of four parts:Part one. Based on the analysis of the specialty of head teachers in secondary vocational schools, the importance of smooth intercommunication between teachers and students is expounded. The promotion of intercommunication and the strength of teacher-student relationship, as for the students, can benefit the cultivation of students'self-confidence and therefore promote the students'healthy growth; as for the class, they can also benefit the improving the effectiveness of class management; as for the head teacher, the harmonious intercommunication can help them realize the accomplishment of their own value and therefore provoke their working enthusiasm. As a result, the head teachers can find problems exist in their management practice and in turn it can spur them on to be self-perfection.In part two, the author takes Jinan School of Business and Trade of Shandong Province as the research object to point out problems existed in intercommunication between head teachers and students. The problems are as follows. Some of the head teachers are conservative and have the old view of communication, a few of them are lack of love, even a few of them have no clear goal of communication, the ways they use are single and traditional. Therefore, the student-head teacher relationship is sometimes abnormal.The reasons which caused the intercommunication problems between head teachers and students in secondary vocational school are analyzed in part three. On the level of school, it is hard for school to manage vocational students. The school takes less care of head teachers. Some rules and regularities are less executed. And it is common phenomenon for school to take more importance for theory than for practice. On the level of head teachers themselves, some of them are of low cultivation. They don't respect their students and are lack of sense of humor, which caused them not to be accepted easily. Some of the head teachers still use out-dated ways of educational management, which are lack of artistry and can not keep pace with the era. Therefore, they are not able to communicate with students from heart to heart. Some head teachers can not treat all students equally, which in turn evokes students'resent. And even some head teachers ignore the communication with students. They don't know well about their own students. As a result, it causes them to work quite passively. On the level of students, the main problems are the specialties of the source, the background, and psychological characteristics of secondary vocational school students.The fourth part mainly points out some suggestions to promote friendly intercommunication between head teachers and students in the secondary vocational schools. For schools, we should provide excellent management mechanism and create harmonious educational atmosphere. so that we can prepare better conditions to manage our students and comfortable environments for friendly intercommunication. For students. We can adopt some measures to guide students to be more independent and Self-renewal. The measures include strengthening comprehensive abilities of students, developing healthy mental state, helping a student have more self-confidence and so on. So that they will be happy to approve their schools and teachers. For head teachers, we can set up good images, increase their affinity and shorten the distance from them and the students to carry out friendly associations between the two by strengthening occupation moral cultivates, changing work styles and improving methods.
