This study combines the PDCA model of quality management system with preschool English teaching.Exploring an operable English teaching model to improve the teaching effect.On the basis of the Second language acquisition theory and PDCA model,the PDCA model of preschool English teaching is constructed.Using the method of action research to break through the gap between theory and Practice.the model is used to solve practical problems.It not only made bold breakthroughs in the theory of preschool English teaching,but also provided a vivid example for the teachers and researchers.It is a new attempt on this subject.It is a monitoring model and its aim is to cultivate students' interests in English and the ability of listening and speaking,at the same time,it makes teachers to achieve teaching goals and improve their teaching ability.This model is divided into 4 stages: PLAN,DO,CHECK and ACTION.The aim of this study is to improve the quality of the preschool English teaching.The first round of action research through the application of PDCA model aims to cultivate students' ability of expression from word output to sentence output.In this stage,the game teaching method is adopted and the order of teaching content is adjusted.The students gradually formed the ability of sentence output,and the researchers also formed the CHECK thinking initially,but the problems are lack of context and effectiveness of the game teaching method.Therefore,the second round of action research is to further develop the students' expressive ability from sentence output to text output,and how to improve the effectiveness of the game teaching method.The application of picture book reading and the TPR teaching method not only improves the students' interest in learning,but also the students can recite the story of picture book,and the researcher can flexibly use the PDCA model.The main problem is that students still can not use the target language to communicate with each other.The third round of action research takes this as the target,under the PDCA mode,implements the teaching by using the ACTION one-on-one teaching strategy and the interactive teaching mode,the student not only has formed the communicative ability,And has successfully completed the teaching task,the researcher has been able to skillfully use the PDCA pattern to solve the teaching problem.Through this study,students achieved a breakthrough in self-expression,improved theirinterests in English learning,and formed a good learning habit.The researcher changes in the teaching concept,accumulate the practical experience and a certain amount of professional knowledge,improved the teaching ability;developed a good habit of teaching reflection thinking.During the research process,the PDCA model for preschool English teaching has been continuously enriched and improved,and providing ideas and reference for teachers to use this model to practice.
