With the development of the times,the society needs more and more excellent talents,and teachers shoulder the important task of cultivating talents.In order to better cultivate socialist successors,front-line teachers need to understand new teaching concepts and continuously improve the traditional teaching mode to achieve the teaching purpose of implementing basic knowledge,cultivating students' academic literacy,and improving students' abilities in all aspects.Based on my own teaching practice,the author combines the PDCA cycle with group cooperation to construct a new teaching model,namely "PDCA cycle integration group cooperation model",and applies this teaching model to the teaching of a round of review of chemistry in senior three.Practical research,supervising the various periods of lesson preparation,class,evaluation and reflection in teaching,monitoring the entire learning process,and grasping students' learning dynamics in a timely manner,so as to discover students' problems in the process of group cooperation and knowledge mastery,and then analyze the problems that arise.The reasons for this problem should be solved in a timely manner.Through continuous improvement and optimization of the teaching process,the teaching links will be more perfect,and the overall teaching quality will be promoted.This article consists of the following five parts:The first part: put forward the research question,analyze the meaning and purpose of the research,and determine the research content.The second part: Define relevant concepts,study relevant teaching theories,and provide theoretical basis for constructing teaching models.The third part: determine the research object,research method and experimental process design.The fourth part: Introduce the research process in combination with specific teaching cases,and organize and analyze the test results of the experiment and the content of the interviews with students.The fifth part: draw conclusions and make recommendations for the inadequacies in the research.The results of the study show that after a round of review of senior three chemistry using the "PDCA cycle fusion group cooperation model",the average score of chemistry in the experimental class is higher than that of the control class,and there is a significant difference between the two classes.A round of review teaching is conducive to the improvement of students' chemistry performance.The results from the test scores and student interviews show that the "PDCA Circular Fusion Team Cooperation Model" can better implement knowledge,penetrate chemical literacy,and cultivate students' abilities.
