Research On Prevention Measures Of Cyber Fraud Incidents On Campus

Nowadays,technological innovation has brought us more convenient life and many new experiences along with the continuous development of Internet technology.In the meanwhile,however,the sharply increasing cybercrime against this big data environment should be paid close attention to.Among them,online fraud has become one of the most prominent social issues.The campus,which forms an important part of society,however,has become a place where online fraud happens the most.Therefore,prevention of campus network fraud has turned out to be a prominent social problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper sorts out correlational researches on campus management and cyber fraud at home and abroad,and clarifies the research status of the issue.According to a large amount of data collected,currently,campus fraud in China is characterized by a high degree of specialization and organization,strong concealment,low fraud costs,and a wide range.This paper also elaborates on the current status of the management of cyber fraud by related departments.Although our government at all levels have made significant achievements in the management of cyber fraud,the difficulty of governance is considerable due to the above five characteristics.Therefore,there is still room for improvement in the governance of cyber fraud.The entire society must increase its efforts and work together to fight crime.At the same time,the author analyzes the status quo of college campus cyber frauds,and discusses the reasons for the frequent occurrence of college cyber fraud incidents and its serious social harm.Based on the above research,the prevention and countermeasures of college campus cyber fraud are put forward.Preventing and managing university campus cyber frauds requires government,society,universities,and individuals to work together,of which,the government should play a leading role.To prevent campus cyber fraud,data monitoring technology should be adopted together with education and guidance;system of economic police supervision should be constructed and improved;a sound recovery mechanism for fraudulent property should be used to recover the losses of the victims.In the prevention and management of campus cyber fraud incidents,the society,universities,and individuals will be jointly gathered to form a network pattern for preventing and controlling campus network fraud through the government's leading role in providing funds and technical support.This will promote the government's improvement of public management functions,enhance prevention and control rates of social problems,and protect the lives and property of citizens,especially student groups,which is of important and practical significance.It can promote the sound development of an orderly and harmonious society,and help students grow into "youngsters with four virtues" in this new era.
