As an important scoring method of basketball, jump shot technology is an important method that every basketball player needs to continuously improve and improve. It is very necessary to study what training methods can effectively improve the jump shot rate. This paper is mainly an experimental study to verify the effect of the coordination training of upper and lower limbs on the jump shot percentage. The research methods used in this paper are experimental method, expert interview method, literature data method and data analysis method. The effects of the coordination training of upper and lower limbs on the jump shot percentage were studied mainly by experimental method.Through the eight-week coordination training of the upper and lower limbs of the 14 basketball team members of the 11 th detachment of the Beijing Armed Police, the relevant data statistics and collation were conducted through the test of the jump shot percentage,so as to obtain whether the coordination of the upper and lower limbs could affect the jump. The technique and its degree of influence.Since the coordination of upper and lower limbs does not have a clear definition in the literature, the concept definition and training plan are mainly formulated through expert interviews. The eight-week coordination training plan for upper and lower limbs and the test plan for jump shooting rate were mainly developed by reviewing relevant literature and expert interviews, and then the expert validity test was conducted on whether the training plan could effectively improve the upper and lower limbs coordination of the testers..According to the test data of jump shot percentage, independent sample body test and matching sample body test are carried out,and the relative situation of data change is obtained. In the pre-test,there was no significant difference between the jump shot of the experimental group and the control group. After eight weeks of coordination training of upper and lower limbs for the experimental group, the test was conducted after the end of the experiment. The jump shooting rate of the armed police members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the armed police members in the control group. It can be concluded that the jump shooting rate of the armed police can be improved effectively through the coordination training of upper and lower limbs.Through the experimental study of the armed police members, the main conclusions are drawn: 1.The coordination of upper and lower limbs mainly refers to the ability of the human body to perform actions in the course of exercise, mainly through the cooperation of the upper and lower limbs, and is an integral part of coordination. The coordination training of upper and lower limbs refers to the training methods and means to improve the coordination of upper and lower limbs.2,in the jump shot technology, the poor coordination of the upper and lower limbs is mainly manifested in the unreasonable timing of the shot, the incorrect order of the force, the appearance of redundant actions and the disjointed movement. The reasons for this phenomenon are mainly the athlete's physical control and the sense of space and time. The training method of lower extremity coordination training is mainly intermittent training method and transformation training method. There are 20 kinds of coordination training methods for upper and lower limbs, including jumping and swinging.4,through targeted training to solve these problems,to improve the coordination of the upper and lower limbs, and proved that the improvement of the coordination of the upper and lower limbs can effectively increase the jump shooting rate.
