Due to the rapid development of domestic basketball sports events,more and more school basketball leagues have begun to be created in school or outside.More and more high school students are participating in basketball games and using their free time for special training.Basketball has certain antagonistic characteristics,so the strength of the participants,especially the strength of the lower limbs,is relatively high.At present,attention to the physical culture of basketball is increasing,and domestic experimental studies of basketball are expanding every year.More and more experts and scientists are paying attention to physical education.However,thanks to a review of the relevant information,experimental studies of special strength training of the lower limbs in basketball are not rich.Some experimental studies have found that reinforcement training can effectively improve specific strength,and overseas has shown that this training method is effective.Reinforcement training is defined as a quick and powerful action that immediately follows an explosive concentric contraction following an eccentric contraction during training;this is done through a lengthen-contraction cycle or an eccentric-centripetal junction phase.The eccentric centripetal clutch is also known as the universal sports model.Reinforcement training stimulates the body's proprioception and stimulates the elastic potential energy of the muscles;This is stated in the American Athletic Association's guidelines for athletic training:training that produces maximum strength in the shortest amount of time is called reinforcement training.This training method has been shown to effectively improve athletic performance during competition and is a training method that can improve athletic performance and avoid sports injuries.The research methods of this article are: the comparative analysis method,the literary method,the expert interview method,the Delphi method,the experimental method and the method of mathematical statistics.Taking as experimental subjects 16 basketball players from the 54 th high school in Beijing,the experiment was divided into two groups:experimental and control.By analyzing the pre-and post-test test scores,it was found that while regular strength training had a better effect on the tester's squat training than vigorous training,vigorous training had a more obvious effect on muscle specific strength.basketball of the lower extremities.Comparing and analyzing the data before and after the experiment in the experimental and control groups,the following conclusions of the study can be drawn:(1)Increased training effectively enhances the special abilities of the lower extremities of students.Reinforcement training can be used as an effective means of improving the special strength of the lower extremities of male students.Reinforcement training helps to transfer the training effect to a specific target,thereby increasing specific strength.(2)After twelve weeks of intervention training,the corresponding indicators of the test of the specific force of the lower extremities of the experimental group: 1.Performing long jumps from a standing position2.Squats on one leg 3.The height of the vertical jump in place 4.Triple long jump from a standing position 5.Running jump up vertical.After the experiment,significant differences appeared for five altitude indicators.Compared to conventional strength training,vigorous training can better improve specific strength and performance in basketball competitions.(3)After twelve weeks of training intervention,the performance of the one-legged squat in the experimental group showed significant changes,indicating that vigorous training can effectively improve the ability of the one-legged squat.(4)The performance of the barbell squat did not change significantly in the experimental group,indicating that increased training did not make a difference in improving the barbell squat,while the barbell squat showed a significant difference in the control group,indicating an improvement in the squat.with a barbell.in conventional strength training,the effect is better than in vigorous training.
