Critical thinking is an important foundation of individual and social sustainable development.The development of critical thinking helps students make rational decisions and help individuals take action to solve problems.Students' critical thinking disposition is a kind of non-cognitive learning result and a necessary prerequisite for the development of critical thinking.It plays an important role in the development of students' critical thinking ability.According to the social cognitive theory,the development of critical thinking disposition is influenced by both internal motivation factors and external environmental factors.Classroom environment is the external environment factor which affects the level of students' critical thinking disposition,while academic self-efficacy is the judgment of learners' ability to achieve their expected goals,and it is the internal factor to stimulate the development of critical thinking disposition.Therefore,Their study explores the influencing factors of critical thinking disposition from two aspects :classroom environment and academic self-efficacy.This study revised the classroom environment scale,which can improve the students' critical thinking level.The questionnaire was used to measure the critical thinking disposition,perceived classroom environment and academic self-efficacy of 943 freshmen and sophomores in high school.Using independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,intermediary effect test to investigate the basic characteristics of students' critical thinking disposition,perceived classroom environment and academic self-efficacy.It also explores the influence of different levels of classroom environment of students' perception on critical thinking disposition and the internal mechanism of academic self-efficacy on the relationship between classroom environment and critical thinking disposition.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The revised classroom environment scale includes six dimensions: teacher support,studentcohesion,classroom participation,inquiry,teaching style and equality,which consists of 28 test items.With good reliability and validity,it can be used as a measuring tool for students' perceived classroom environment.(2)Critical thinking disposition of senior high school students is generally at the middle level,and there are significant differences in the critical thinking disposition of senior high school students in different grades,sexes and subjects,and the level of freshmen are better than that of sophomore students.Boys are higher than girls,science students are higher than liberal arts students.(3)The perceived classroom environment of senior high school students is significantly different in grade and disciplines,and the positive degree of perceived classroom environment is higher among s of grade 2 in senior high school than freshmen,and that of science students are higher than liberal arts students.However,there is no significant gender difference in classroom environment perceived by high school students.(4)The academic self-efficacy of senior high school students in different grade,subjects and genders is obviously different,and academic self-efficacy of male students is higher than that of female students,and science students is higher than liberal arts students.(5)The perceived classroom environment of high school students was positively correlated with the overall critical thinking disposition and the dimensions of critical thinking disposition;and there is a significant positive correlation between the students' academic self-efficacy and the overall critical thinking disposition and each dimension.There was a significant positive correlation between perceived classroom environment and academic self-efficacy.(6)The result of mediator effect analysis shows that academic self-efficacy has some mediating role in the relationship between the classroom environment of students' perception and critical thinking disposition.
