Research Objective:This study through the investigation of 60~69 elderly physical activity,balance ability,bone density,to understand the different levels of physical activity group of elderly people balance ability,bone mineral density,aims to analyze the effects of different levels of physical activity of the elderly balance ability,bone density,and the correlation between the level of different physical activities the elderly and the balance ability,bone density,and provide the scientific basis and theoretical basis for solving the elderly people balance ability,decreased bone density problems.Research significance:by studying the difference between the balance ability and bone mineral density of the elderly in different physical activity level groups,we can get the characteristics of balance ability and bone mineral density of the elderly in different physical activity level groups.Help60~69 year old people in daily physical activities to scientifically improve the balance,bone density,and develop the right habits.Therefore,the natural attenuation of the elderly's balance ability and bone density increases with age,which has a positive impact on the health of the elderly,and plays a positive role in the development of society and individuals.Research methods:the international physical activity questionnaire and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the physical activity and health status of the elderly.Meanwhile,92 elderly people aged 60~69 years old were selected.On the day of the test,4 elderly people were physically diswell,and the number of tests was determined to be 88.The number of inadequate physical activity group was 27,the number of moderate physical activity group was 30,and the number of higher physical activity group was 31.88 elderly people were tested for body shape index,body composition index,dynamic and static balance ability index,muscle strength index,vestibular function index and bone mineral density index.The single factor variance was used to analyze the difference in the balance and bone density of the elderly in different physical activity groups.Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the correlation and correlation between physical activity and balance function and bone density.The results were as follows:1.the standing time of female eyes was higherer than that of the male elderly,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the 5elderly women in the age of repeated sitting up and in the elderly(P<0.05).2.in different physical activity level of elderly women,high levels of physical activity of women 5 times sitting time significantly lower than the physical activity group,and there was significant difference(P<0.01);high level of physical activity of women closed mesh piaffe time,distal radius SOS,tibia end SOS value,T value is higher than the end of tibia in physical activity group deficiency group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);vestibular step cross step distance and high level of physical activity of women is lower than the physical activity group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The SOS value of the middle tibia in the high physical activity group was higher than that of the moderate physical activity level group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.in different physical activity level of elderly male phase,high level of physical activity was 5 times the male sitting time is significantly lower than the physical activity group,and there was significant difference(P<0.01);high level of physical activity in males of the one leg stance,grip strength,SOS value is higher than the end of tibia lack of physical activity group group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The time of standing in the high physical activity group was higher than that of the moderate physical activity group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).4.there was a negative correlation between physical activity level and 5 repeat sitting time and vestibule step walking distance at 0.05 level,and the correlation coefficients were-0.389,-0.373 respectively.There was a positive correlation between the physical activity level of female elderly people and the time of closing eyes,the median SOS value of tibia,and the T value of middle tibia at 0.05 level.The correlation coefficient was 0.435,0.345 and 0.364,respectively.5.the elderly male physical activity level and repeated 5 times of negative time sitting at the 0.01 level,the correlation coefficient is-0.495,the elderly male physical activity level and grip strength,SOS value,in the end of tibia at the level of 0.05 there was a positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is respectively 0.442,0.400.Research Conclusions:1.there is no difference between the balance ability,vestibule function and bone density of 60~69 old men and women,and the muscle strength is generally higher than that ofwomen.2.under different physical activity level,the dynamic and static balance ability of the elderly is different.The dynamic balance ability of the 60~69 year old female elderly group is significantly better than that of the physical activity group,but there is no difference in static balance.The static balance ability of the elderly men in the higher physical activity group was better than that of the insufficient physical activity group,but there was no difference in the dynamic balance.3.the different level of physical activity,muscle strength,vestibular function in the elderly,high physical activity group at the age of 60~69 elderly lower limb muscle strength was better than physical activity group,but in the upper limb,only upper limb high physical activity group was significantly better than male elderly physical activity group.In the vestibule function,the vestibular function of the elderly women in the high physical activity group was better than that of the insufficient physical activity group.4.under different physical activity level,the bone mineral density of the elderly is different.In the high physical activity group,the tibial middle end bone density of the 60~69year old elderly group is obviously better than that of the physical activity insufficiency group,but the T value index of the middle tibia is not obvious in the male physical activity group.5.the level of physical activity and muscle strength is better than the dynamic,static balance and vestibule function.The correlation between the level of physical activity and the bone density of the middle end of the tibia is better than the bone density of the distal radius.
