People to senile phase, skeletal system's internal structure and component and endocrine systems must change, bone mass and sex hormone levels will drop. To minimize drop speed of the bone and sex hormone in old people , prevent occurrence of osteoporosis, fracture and wrestling occurrence, this article chosed taijiquan ,load of which is not big, and is medium strength, It longitudinally and transversely researched influence of taijiquan for elderly calcaneal BMD and radial bone strength and csex hormones, and it further explored fitness mechanism of influence of the taijiquan on bone.This article chosed the 115 old people as the research objects, longitudinal follow-up study is divided into two groups.test group have32 people (taijiquan beginners, experimental cycle is 6 months, it has three times in a week, each time has 60 minutes), male have 16 people and female have 16 people , The control group have 32 people (erratic activists), male has 16 people, women has 16 people, it observed changes of test group and control's calcanealbone mineral density ,radial bone strength and sex hormone befor and ago six months ; Cross-sectional studies had YangShi group,chen-tai group and quick walk group.they are 17 people respectively. (> = 3 years of practice, at least three times a week, every 45-60 minutes), they are female, it observed changes of YangShi group, chen-tai group and quick walk group' bone mineral density ,radial bone strength and sex hormone .It further observed the relationship between change of bone mineral density and change of sex hormone.This study adopted Sahara type ultrasonic bone mineral density apparatus, quantitative subjects for left calcaneal testing, selecting indicators for bone BMD, BUA, SOS. Using omnisense 7000SP bone strength tester, it measured left forearm tubing bodily end (wrist joints) bone strength, selecting indicators for SOS, T value and Z value.testosterone and estradiol data is completed by the grape-flavored healthy check-up centres, determination method is chemical luminescenceResults showed : the longitudinal study found that after six months of taijiquan exercise, test gronp's calcaneal BMD index BUA, SOS and radial bone strength index SOS, T value and Z value is high than in control group .it had the significant difference(P < 0.05). Test grounp' calcaneal BMD index itself before-and-after had a tendency to rise, but there was no difference (P > 0.05), and each index of control group after the experiment is declined obviously (P < 0.05). Test gronp radial bone strength index itself before-and-after had also been increased, including male index SOS and T value had significant differences (P < 0.05), and the rest index did not exist significant differences (P > 0.05), and the control group radial bone strength had declined after 6 months ,women's strngth had dropped significantly (P < 0.01), sex hormones of Test group and control group were decreased, but test group before-and-after had no difference (P > 0.05), and the control group before and after the experiment have differences (P < 0.05). Sex hormones and calcaneal BMD index have a positive correlation, but the correlation was not significant (P > 0.05), sex hormones and the radial bone strength indexes had only a positive correlation .each index and estradiol is related significantly (P < 0.05).The cross-sectional study showed BMD , BUA and SOS of YangShi group, chenshi group and quick walk group did not exist differences (P > 0.05), radial bone strength index SOS value, T value and Z value of YangShi group and Chen shi group and quick walk group differed significantly or very significantly(P < 0.05) or (P < 0.01), estradiol of three groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05). calcaneal BMD and radial bone strength and sex hormone index of YangShi group and Chen shi group of is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05), Walk group calcaneal BMD and estradiol index is higer than control group ,it has the significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Six months of taijiquan exercise can enhance the bone mineral density and bone strength in older people.2. YangShi tai chi group and Chen tai chi group of radial bone strength is obviously superior to go faster group,it is explained that different form exercise has difference influence on radius bone strength in older women.3. Yangshi tai chi and Chenshi tai chi all can enhance calcaneal BMD and radial bone strength in older people, but the two kinds of exercise has no significant differences on effects of bone mineral density and bone strength in older people.4. After Six months taijiquan exercise, sex hormones of older people has a downward trend, estradiol level of Yang tai chi group and Chen tai chi group have obviously higher than control group,it is explained that long-term taijiquan can effectively improve the elderly's sex hormone levels.5. After taijiquan exercise,testosterone,estradiol and calcaneal Bone are positively related,but have no significant ; testosterone,estradiol and radial bone strength are positively related, just estradiol has a significant positive correlation, it is explained that bone quantity changes of older people after taijiquan exercise may has a relationship with the effects on sex hormones.
