A Practical Study On The Influence Of STAD Mode On Senior High School Students' Social Communication Ability

People communication ability refers to the ability to interact with people and deal with people-to-people relationship so as to work together well.It mainly includes the following five aspects:self-monitoring ability,social cognitive ability,interpersonal communication ability,interpersonal managerial ability,ability to solve social problems.The research shows that group cooperative learning has an impact on the students' social communicative skills,but it does not specifically point out which aspects of social communication skills have an impact.Therefore,this paper,we mainly studies which aspect of the STAD method affects the students' social communication ability.The research tool is the “ School Student Social Communicative Competence Rating Scale ”.The reliability test results have an Alpha coefficient of 0.891,indicating good reliability.In this experimental study,the teaching model was taken as the independent variable and social interaction ability as dependent variable,the unrelated variables were mainly controlled from the following aspects:(1)Ensure that the number of two parallel classes is similar,and the proportion of men and women is similar;(2)Ensure that the teaching content is the same and the teaching time is similar;(3)taught by the same teacher;(4)The class time is the same;(5)Other extracurricular activities to ensure student participation are the same.Experimental study from October to December 2017,before and after the experiment teaching questionnaires were distributed before and after the test,and SPS17.0 data analysis.Based on the differences in social communication skills,six students were selected to conduct interviews,and the interview results were finally sorted out and analyzed,in order to further understand the exchange of experimental class students in the teaching process and after teachings feeling.Experimental result show:(1)STAD teaching can significantly improve students' social skills.The average score of social interactive ability of the experimental class before and after the experiment was104.818 and 109.967 respectively.The results of variance test showed that p = 0.028 <0.05,which indicates that the social interaction ability of experimental class students has been significantly improved.(2)After the experiment,comparing the ability scores of each ability dimension before and after the experiment,we can see that the ability to solve social problem,social problem,social cognitive ability,and interpersonal communication ability are relatively significant,which are increased by 1.569,1.241,and 1.180 respectively.Variance test of all dimensions of social interaction ability before and after the experiment class found:self-monitoring ability p = 0.462> 0.05;social cognitive ability p = 0.051> 0.05;interpersonal communication ability p = 0.029 <0.05;interpersonal management ability p = 0.178 > 0.05;ability to solve social problems p = 0.008> 0.05.The ability to solve social problems and interpersonal communication ability in the social communication ability of experimental class students has significant differences,and the other three aspects have also improved,but no significant differences have been produced.This shows that the STAD model is more conducive to improving students' ability to solve social problems and interpersonal communication skills.After the experiment,the average social communicative competence of boys and girls was 110.520,109.222 respectively.The male students' social intercourse ability was higher than that of girls,6.674 and 3.000 respectively higher than that before the experiment.This shows that the STAD model has an impact on the social skills of both sexes.The variance test found that there was a significant difference before and after the social interaction ability of boys and there was no significant difference before and after the social interaction ability of girls.However,there was no significant difference in the social interaction ability between boys and girls.The variance test in all dimensions of social intercourse ability before and after the experiment class found that male social cognition can be P = 0.19 <0.05,interpersonal communication P = 0.23 <0.05,showing significant difference between these two abilities.There is no significant difference in the other three aspects.Female students' ability to solve social problems P = 0.036 <0.05,showing that before and after the experiment girls have a significant difference in their ability to solve social problems.The other four ability dimensions p values were greater than 0.05,no significant difference.After the experiment,the average of social communicative ability of the students who graduated from the school as a key middle school was 111.071,and the average social communicative ability of the students who graduates from an ordinary middle school was109.448.Compared with before the experiment,they increased by 6.071 and 4.715 respectively.Thus,the STAD model has an impact on the social communicative ability of students graduating as key middle high school students and students graduating from ordinary middle school.The variance test showed that P value of social communicative ability of students who graduated from experimental class as an ordinary middle school before and after the experiment was 0.109.The P value of social communicative ability of students who graduated from experimental class as a key middle school before and after the experiment was0.116.It was shown that before and after the experiment,no matter whether the graduate school was an ordinary middle school students or a graduate school was a key middle school students,their social communication ability did not produce significant differences.The average social communicative competence of the students in the experimental class after the experiment is 113.667,109.200,108.444,respectively.This shows that the students' grades have an impact on the ability of social interaction.Students' social communication skills are positively related to academic performance.The variance test found that there was no significant difference in social interaction between the top students,middle students and the backward students after the experiment.(3)The interview results show that the enthusiasm of students participating in the classroom affects their ability of social interaction to improve,the higher the enthusiasm of students to participate and the stronger the ability of social interaction.
