With the development of The Times,how to make teaching more effective is worth exploring.Many teachers adopt cooperative learning is a teacher-led and student-centered teaching method different from the traditional teaching method.Among the six specific teaching methods of group cooperative learning,STAD cooperative learning mode has the strongest universality,and students adapt to it in a short time.Therefore,the author mainly studies STAD cooperative learning mode in group cooperative learning.This teaching method has the advantage of high student participation,strong interest,and changing the tradition irrigation heavy and boring classroom.Through classroom observation method,interview method and literature analysis method,the author observes three types of classes:new teaching,recitation and review,and finds out the problems existing in STAD cooperation learning mode in teaching.First,In the pre-class preparation stage,the role division of the group is too little.Next,During class,classroom discipline management needs to be strengthened,and some students have wake collective consciousness and low participation.On the other hand,the discussion process is chaotic,lack of arrangement,and the language used by teachers at the stage of group achievement demonstration is inaccurate.Finally,In the after-class evaluation,the evaluation reward standard of teachers is too single,which requires richer evaluation.Based on the problems,i consulted materials and literatures,and discussed and studied these problems with front-line teachers.The corresponding suggestions are put forward:(1)In preparation before class,teachers should assign roles in the group according to student's strengths,so as to diversify the division of roles;(2)Teachers should combine class activities with class activities to cultivate students' collective consciousness,strengthen the requirements and supervision of discipline in class,and pay attention to their own teaching language to save time and evaluate students accurately;(3)During the after-class evaluation,inter-group mutual evaluation can be added to avoid the evaluation of excellent performances just because of the results and presentation.In addition,based on the basic flow of STAD cooperative learning mode,the author explored three kinds of specifics links.The new teaching links are as follows: situation introduction questions raised,intra-group communication,inter-group communication,intra-group solve the problem,personal testing,calculation of team members scoreimprovement,group score improvement and group reward.The teaching links of problem sets are as follows: review of knowledge points,explanation of sample questions,giving questions,intra-group communication,inter-group communication,personal testing,group members score improvement,group score improvement,and group award.The teaching links of the review course are: review of knowledge points,assignment of tasks,intra-group communication,inter-group communication,personal testing,group members score improvement,group score improvement,group reward.Through this study,it can be found that the application of STAD cooperative learning model in junior middle school mathematics teaching has certain advantages,but there are still shortcomings and problems in the application process.The author puts forward corresponding suggestions,and explores the specific links of the model under three kinds of class types hoping to provide references for teachers and researchers who want to carry out corresponding subjects later.
