At this stage,China pays attention to the cultivation of students’ core literacy,pays attention to the times of curriculum,and advocates the diversification of teaching methods.The new curriculum reform is in full swing,and the learning guidance case model came into being under this background.Through literature research,the author makes an in-depth reflection on the problems existing in today’s learning guidance case model.When summarizing and analyzing the problems existing in the learning guidance mode,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the link of group cooperative learning.In view of this,this paper focuses on the cooperative learning link in the learning guidance case model,and studies the optimization measures for the learning guidance case.The research found that STAD(Student Teams Achievement Divisions)cooperative learning has a high degree of fit with the learning guidance case model.Therefore,the "learning guidance case based on STAD cooperative learning" model is proposed and implemented in high school physics teaching,trying to improve the effectiveness of cooperative learning in the learning guidance case model.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,experimental research and data analysis to verify and analyze the experimental results.The experiment selects two experimental classes and two control classes in a middle school.The experimental class adopts the teaching mode of "learning guidance plan based on STAD cooperative learning",and the control class adopts the teaching mode of general learning guidance plan.After a semester of experimental research,the author analyzes the classroom observation,academic performance,questionnaire results and interview results.The results show that the model of "learning guidance plan based on STAD cooperative learning" firstly makes the classroom atmosphere more active,improves students’ interest in physics learning,students’ self-study ability,cooperative communication ability,oral expression ability,and inquiry ability.Secondly,this model can effectively improve students’ physics learning performance,especially the performance of students with learning difficulties.At the same time,this model highlights the dominant position of students and the leading role of teachers in classroom teaching,and also makes students more competitive and enhance class cohesion and self-improvement.To sum up,the teaching mode of "learning guidance case based on STAD cooperative learning" can improve the quality of physics teaching and talent training.The research results can be used for reference to improve the teaching effect of learning guidance programs in other disciplines.
