Comprehensive Budget Application Study Of G Private Vocational Colleges

Comprehensive budget management is widely used in all kinds of enterprises and institutions at home and abroad,which plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises and has high management value.After more than 40 years of development,China's private higher education market has become an indispensable part of China's higher education and plays a huge role in the development of China's higher education.However,due to the particularity of private schools,they have faced self-financing,self-sponsorship and market-oriented situations since their establishment.Compared with public higher education schools,they are quite different in the degree of marketization and the mode of operation.In the new era,the competition in the private higher education market is becoming more and more fierce.In order to seize opportunities,accelerate development and survive under the reform wave of education market capitalization,industrialization and collectivization of education,we must build a scientific budget management system based on our own strategic planning and shape our own core competitiveness.At present,many private colleges and universities in China still have many shortcomings in budget management.They need to learn from successful enterprises and institutions,and learn from their ideas,concepts and successful methods in comprehensive budget management.This has a great effect and significance in improving the management ability of private universities and promoting their healthy development.Based on the theory,investigation and case analysis of comprehensive budget management,combined with the reality of G private higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the current budget management situation of G private higher vocational education,finds out the corresponding problems and their causes,and puts forward a more comprehensive plan for the overall budget management of G private higher vocational colleges by exploring the overall budget and strategic management ideas.Let the preparation of strategic objectives and budget be organically combined,use strategic map and balanced scorecard to examine and refine the assessment indicators,and finally build a secure,operable and operational closed-loop comprehensive budget strategy management system.Inorder to promote and guide the overall budget management of G private higher vocational colleges.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the budget reform of other similar universities.
