In this paper,China map education company as the research object,through indepth analysis of the historical background and development situation,the integrated use of strategic management theories and tools,to re-examine the positioning of the company's development strategy,and put forward the opinions and suggestions of implementing specific strategies.This paper hope to Hua Education Company as an example,to research and development of the company strategy of other training industry plays a certain reference role.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:First,through the analysis of the macro environment(PEST)and Michael.Potter's five forces model of competition strategy,analyzes and demonstrates the external environment and the status of industry structure,the status and the advantages and disadvantages of Companies in the external environment and industrial structure;Second,according to the operating history and status quo of China map education,in-depth analysis of enterprise internal resources,the company obtained the existence of unique advantages and development in the whole China public examination training and education industry in disorder;Third,the use of Potter's SWOT matrix analysis tool,from the company's external environment and internal conditions for a comprehensive analysis and comparison,and ultimately for the establishment of the company's strategic objectives to provide a scientific basis.According to the strategic management theory and the actual situation of the company,the company's strategic positioning,the company's long-term development goals and the overall strategic framework;Fourth,according to the overall strategy of the company,puts forward the ideas and mode of implementation of the strategy,from the brand construction,organization structure,product development,resource allocation,human resources development and management,investment and financing channels,the construction of enterprise culture,marketing and management and other aspects of the implementation of the recommendations,at the end of the implementation of the strategy control provides recommendations.The industry and its own resources by combining the use of strategic management theory and the company,the main purpose of this paper is to actively explore and establish the strategic management mode can China figure education company strategic transformation,also hope that the strategic management Chinese of the occupation education institutions have a positive meaning.
