Our country's financial aid policy for college students with financial difficulties has a long history and tends to be mature and perfect gradually.However,from the introduction of the national financial aid policy to the specific work practice of landing,as a long-term personnel engaged in student management and poverty relief work,we really feel that there are still many financial aid for students with financial difficulties in Colleges and universities.Among them,it is difficult to identify students with family financial difficulties.An in-depth study of this issue will help to solve the problem of fairness of financial aid for students with financial difficulties,which is of great significance to the implementation of national policies and the completion of the task of poverty alleviation.Universities is based on the "family economic difficulties students recognized evaluation system of" the core problem,according to the theoretical analysis,analysis of the situation,"concluded that index system building,evaluation process,and countermeasures and Suggestions of research way of thinking,family economic difficulties students from colleges and universities that practical problems existing in the evaluation,the integrated use of the theory of economics and management,and with undergraduate course colleges and universities in yunnan province as an example,using the methods of questionnaire and Delphi method,1274 people in 14 undergraduate course colleges and universities in yunnan province based on the analysis of the questionnaire,build a recognized evaluation system,and its connotation and calculation method are expounded.On the basis of the identification index system,this paper analyzes and explains the evaluation operation procedure,clarifies the identification subject,operation mode and operation process,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions based on this.From the micro and macro perspectives,this paper puts forward the identification countermeasures for students with financial difficulties in their families,establishes a reasonable evaluation system and an appropriate and practical operation process,and puts forward some policy Suggestions,including integrity education,system guarantee,change of funding concepts and innovation of funding methods for college students.Finally,an evaluation system for college students with financial difficulties will be formed,which includes the identification index system,the evaluation operation process and the identification and evaluation countermeasures and Suggestions.
