Education is an important way to achieve a strong country,promote the country,and social progress,and provides an important guarantee of human resources for improving the quality of the people and realizing the modernization of the country.Establishing a perfect financial aid management system for students with financial difficulties in the family is a concrete manifestation of the policy of benefiting the people through education,and it is also an inevitable requirement to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and achieve equalization of public services.Through funding,the baptism of every age-appropriate student to receive education and the cultivation of knowledge is an important measure related to the country’s poverty alleviation and social harmony.Education subsidy management is a policy implementation and operation management aimed at students with financial difficulties in the family.The in-depth research can provide an effective reference for implementing the national subsidy policy,ensuring the accuracy of subsidies,and improving the effectiveness of subsidies.But at the same time,we must also see that there are problems in the education funding management of students with family difficulties,such as unscientific fund management allocation,insufficient attention to "mental poverty" of students,distortion of poverty identification information,insufficient participation of social forces,and low efficiency of subsidy services.Therefore,strengthening research on education assistance for students with family difficulties and improving the management of education assistance become a key part of the development of education as a livelihood cause.This paper adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,combined with the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the management of student education subsidies,and analyzes the current situation of the education subsidy management of families with financial difficulties in Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City from the aspects of fund allocation,poverty identification,and social participation.,Problems and causes.And draw on advanced management experience,try to make recommendations for the education funding management of Hanjiang District:optimize funding fund management configuration;humanistic care to achieve "mental poverty alleviation";improve poverty identification and assessment supervision mechanism;team and system construction to improve service efficiency;incentives for preferential measures Education for all,etc.It is of great significance to further improve the education subsidy and management of students with family difficulties,accelerate the resolution of the education equity problem in Hanjiang District,further optimize the quality of management services,drive the development of regional education,and promote targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
