Research On The Aid System For College Students With Family Financial Difficulties On The Perspective Of Educational Welfare

In the process of our nation’s higher education developing from the elite education stage to the popularization period, the university education has experienced many system reforms. The practice of massive expansion and education charge leads to a group of students with economic difficulties unable to afford to their education and some related fees. Moreover, the problem of higher education inequality is becoming the heated issue in China’s social transformation process. In order to maintain the right of students with family financial problems to higher education, the government has made a series of related policies to gradually build up the aid system for the group of poor students.The paper takes the perspective of education welfare, based on analysis and conclusion on the development history of college and university aid system for students with financial difficulties, plus the empirical research on the operation state and implementation effects of the system, points out the disadvantages of the aid system lie in the aspects of system design, policy implementation and student cultivation, in addition, the paper puts forward some practical suggestions and countermeasures. The details are as follows:On the aspect of system design, advanced aid concepts should be further deepen, the growing goals be more explicit, a comprehensive management platform and supervision mechanism be set up and different programs be developed in phase.On the aspect of policy implementation, people in charge should seriously operate: the system, build up the objective qualification cognizance system, reinforce the training of manpower, and manage well the dynamic data.As to the student cultivation, the change of simple aid concept should be made and: we must increase the education on students’psychological health to promote their personal growth.
