The Research On The Employment Of Landless Peasants In Tianxin District,Changsha City

The process of urbanization continues to promote social development,a large number of farmers' cultivated land or homestead is expropriated to cater for urban development planning.Leaving the land to make concessions for urban construction,these landless peasants have become a new vulnerable group in the society.They are not pure peasants who lose their land,but it is difficult to transform them into urban residents quickly,and they are not real citizens.The social and economic situation,the land expropriation system of the government and some factors of the peasants themselves make it very difficult for them to get employed,resulting in a series of contradictions and become the unstable factors of the harmonious society.Whether the landless peasants can have a sustainable and stable income is directly related to the quality of life,education,medical care and social security of their families.Is it possible to comply with the requirements of the times,adhere to the principles of green health,science and sustainable development,and properly solve the problems of the peasants' life,employment,pension and so on,has become the focus of attention of the state and society.In this paper,the author collects a series of relevant documents and materials,takes the peasants in Tianxin District of Changsha City as an example to study and discuss the problem of employment,adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate and interview the landless peasants in Tianxin District of Changsha City,and grasps the living conditions and employment status of the landless peasants in Tianxin District.According to the statistical results and the knowledge mastered in the business,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the employment problems of the landless peasants in Tianxin District,including their own problems,as well as the land expropriation system and economic problems of the government.And other aspects of the solution to the problem.In order to solve the problem of Land-lost peasants' employment,it is still necessary for the government to take the lead.Land requisition and resettlement should adhere to the scientific concept of development.We should not only pay attention to the results of land requisition,but also aim at the sustainable livelihood of land-lost peasants.We should improve the land expropriation system,social security and employment service system,optimize the industrial structure in the area under our jurisdiction,fulfill the social responsibility of local enterprises,and improve the self-quality of landless peasants and change their concepts.We should work together to solve these problems in many ways.
