Research On The Construction Of Financial Shared Service Center In Financial Management Of Colleges And Universities

Traditional college financial management models have been unable to adapt to the current trend of information technology and the development trend of the times due to the complexity of the organization,low efficiency,high cost,weak management and other reasons.Major universities have explored the reform of financial management mode.The financial shared service center concentrates the basic services of each business unit on the central platform through standardized rules and processes,and achieves the purpose of integrating resources,improving efficiency,reducing operating costs and increasing value,and provides a reform for the financial management mode of colleges and universities.Therefore,this article will take Q University as an example,aiming at the current financial management status and existing problems of Q University,refer to the SPORTS analysis method,and use the financial shared service center model to design an efficient construction plan for its daily financial management.(1)Define the concept of financial management in colleges and universities,and then introduce the concept of financial shared service center,and then explain its objectives,discuss relevant theoretical foundations and advantages.Explain the motivation of the sharing center from the perspective of the endogenous factors of the enterprise,the appeal under the new business structure and the promotion of national policies.(2)Using the SPORTS analysis method to analyze the implementation process of the financial shared service center.This method will explore the construction of the financial shared service center from six aspects of location,process,organization,system,technology and service.It provides a methodological basis for the next concrete build.(3)Taking Q University as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of financial management in colleges and universities,and put forward the overall framework and detailed process design.And this paper briefly proposes the supporting performance appraisal method and evaluates the implementation effect of the financial shared service center.Building a financial shared service center in colleges and universities is a brand-new financial management model,which is in line with the development needs of colleges and universities.At the same time,it has a breakthrough significance for the current financial management reform of colleges and universities.In the near future,combined with the actual development of colleges and universities,the financial sharing service center will gradually improve and integrate into the management mechanism of colleges and universities.
