Research On The Improvement Of Financial Service Satisfaction Of M University

Along with the continuous improvement of China's university system reform,the expansion of university scale,the increase of education expenses,and the increasingly complex school environment make the financial management of universities present comprehensive and diverse characteristics,and put forward high-quality requirements for the financial service management of universities.The new government accounting system came into effect on January 1,2019,which requires the finance department to improve the level of financial management and service quality,change the traditional concept,transform from traditional financial and accounting personnel to financial management talents,strengthen the innovation of financial services and management,make financial services more standardized,efficient and convenient,and take the level of financial management and service quality to a new level.This paper takes M University as the case study object,based on the theory of service satisfaction,focuses on customer satisfaction in customer relationship management research,combines the perspective of financial service customers,focuses on the customer satisfaction of financial service of M University,from the perspective of financial managers,the perspective of actual needs of teachers and students,takes customer satisfaction as the guide,aims to improve the satisfaction of financial service of M University,collects relevant data by questionnaire method On the basis of the existing research results,the evaluation system of financial services satisfaction indexes of M University was established and applied to analyze the financial services of M University from the perspective of expectations and demands of university teachers and students,analyze the main factors affecting the satisfaction of financial services of M University,analyze the main causes of the problems,and try to put forward several suggestions for the optimization of financial services of M University to meet the needs of customers.Suggestions and prospects for future development.
