Motivation、benefits,Happiness:an Empirical Study On The Effect Of Football Players Decision

Based on the three topics of football policy,sports and social life needs,this paper takes the research on the decision-making effect of football players’ participation motivation,sports benefits and happiness as the research object,designs and prepares the applicable questionnaire,and analyzes the corresponding problems after the distribution of the obtained data.Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,from the research questionnaire letter,validity analysis,the sample no response bias verification,respondents basic information descriptive statistics analysis,football players movement decision effect basic situation of statistical analysis,football is the effect of difference analysis,football decisions effect of related situation analysis and football is decision-making effects of regression analysis and so on seven aspects detailed analysis in this paper.The research concludes that :(1)fewer women participate in football activities,and female students are strongly encouraged to participate.Secondly,the time and frequency of participation need to be strengthened by relevant departments through some measures.(2)participants with different basic data have different understanding or acquisition of the effect of football decision-making.It is necessary to design different ways of football activities for groups of different genders or even age groups,so that they can obtain greater benefits and thus more fun and happiness.(3)The participation motivation of football activities is related to the benefits and happiness of sports;(4)football players’ participation motivation,sports benefit and subjective well-being have influences within and between the three decision-making effects respectively,and the participation motivation and sports benefit amount have interactive effects on subjective well-being as a whole.According to the results of the research analysis,draw a conclusion.Through the analysis of the actual situation of the research,put forward corresponding Suggestions,in order to look forward to further in-depth research and discovery.
