As I undertakings of physical culture and sports in recent years has made great achievements, and associated with the rapid development of sports industry, college sports teachers as cultivate my good sports scientific research personnel of the faculty are widely attention, at the same time psychological development characteristics of the physical education teachers more key determines the development of education object characteristics. At present the study of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in China has been involved widely, but with their own psychological development of college PE teachers characteristics of the research is not comprehensive enough. This paper in college PE teachers’example, by studying the relationship between happiness and achievement motivation, discuss how to improve sports teachers’ happiness levels, so as to more effectively promote the work. According to the characteristics of the psychological development of college PE teachers at the same time puts forward some opinions and Suggestions to improve the teaching quality of physical education teachers in colleges and universities, as the teaching of physical education teachers in colleges and universities better provide certain theoretical basis.This study through the adoption of seedlings of happiness from the perspective of psychology, Ph.D. Dissertation, including yuanjiang appendix integrated happiness questionnaire, to intercept from subjective well-being questionnaire and self-reported happiness part and by the Norwegian OsloF university psychologist T.G jesme and R.N ygard1970years, Chinese revision by Ye Minren revised the achievement motivation questionnaire as measuring tool, the henan province university sports teachers’achievement motivation and happiness is measured. The result is as follows:(1) achievement motivation of college PE teachers and happiness show significant positive correlation(2) the overall level of happiness of college PE teachers medium is higher; Overall achievement motivation of college PE teachers is not high, but the pursuit of success motivation slightly higher motivation to avoid failure.(3) women positive emotion is higher than men, showed that the women can work more happy, happy feeling.(4) and not PE teachers in colleges and universities physical education teachers of no significant difference in contrast, however, not PE teachers of the higher overall level of happiness and achievement motivation were slightly higher than the physical education teachers.
