| Engineers,as the active pioneers of new productive forces in modern society and creators of emerging industries,are closely related to human survival.In modern times,some inappropriate engineering activities have brought enormous ecological and social risks,which have endangered the safety of the public.To this end,the profession of engineers has received much attention from the society and the public,and the professional responsibilities of engineers have also been questioned.Therefore,in the engineering practice activities,the professional responsibility of the specification engineer and the professional responsibility that the engineer should perform become a problem to be solved.The combing of the professional responsibilities of engineers helps to create new engineering concepts and engineering concepts,and forms a new situation in which people and nature and society go hand in hand and live in harmony.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the professional responsibility of engineers,and clarifies that the theory of professional responsibility of foreign engineers mainly starts from the engineering ethics regulations of different periods,stipulates the basic content of their duties,and domestic The research results of engineers’ professional responsibility are few and the status of starting late.The second part defines the professional responsibility of the engineer from the perspective of ethics,reveals the content of the engineer’s professional responsibility: duty responsibility,fault liability and responsibility;The third part discusses the problems existing in the process of engineers fulfilling their professional responsibilities,and analyzes the causes.It reflects through the engineers themselves and the engineering professional charter,the engineer’s professional ethics education system,laws and regulations.The fourth part explores the strengthening of the engineer profession.Responsibility countermeasures,and pointed out that strengthening the cultivation of engineers’ sense of responsibility is the internal basis for engineers to perform their duties.Actively improving the professional ethics of engineers is the external foundation for engineers to perform their duties.Adhering to perfecting the professional ethics education system of engineers is an important guarantee for engineers to assume professional responsibilities.And the establishment of relevant engineering legal systems is a mandatory binding force for engineers to perform their duties. |
