As an important concept in the Chinese academic context,"Qi" is not only a "natural phenomenon" in the philosophical perspective, but also a "cultural wonder" in the humanistic perspective, and a "treasure" in martial arts. From the perspective of the development of Qi theory in China,"Qi" is a process of "from philosophy to humanity".First of all,"Qi" is regarded as the basis of the material world and the energy basis of Qigong practice.Secondly,as humanity,"Qi" is regarded as the embodiment of individual spiritual accomplishment in daily life and the presentation of the vitality of artistic creation. In philosophical research, some scholars attribute the meaning of Qi to "one Qi contains five principles"(Li Cunshan),"one Qi and four righteousnesses"(Yang Rubin,Zhang Liwen)and so on.Based on this, this study takes "Qi" as the cornerstone of the study, combs and summarizes the "Qi" of Wushu by using historical research methods and draws the following conclusions.Firstly, through historical analysis and induction, the "Qi" of Wushu is summarized as "physiological Qi","psychological Qi","ethical Qi" and "artistic Qi".At the same time,it refers to the norms and requirements of Wushu people’s "body, mind, action and skill",as well as the cultural practice of "external training" and "internal training".Second, the decoding of "Qi" in Wushu.Firstly,as the "physiological Qi" of Wushu,Wushu people change from "breathing Qi" of life to "internal training of body from Qi to Qi".At the same time,it is also the basic source of "Qi Qi" and "Qi Huo Sheng" of Wushu people, expressing the Wushu people’s demand for body quality and energy.Secondly, the "psychological spirit" of Wushu is the psychological aspiration of Wushu people, which starts with "ambition",not only inspires the Wushu people’s constant belief, but also enhances their courage by means of "anger and anger" and "courage" to enhance the spirit of "bright sword" of Wushu people.Thirdly, after the "physiological qi" and "psychological qi" represented by body and mind,Wushu people take "ethical qi" as their self-management technology. With the chivalrous spirit of "righteousness" in the first place and the conducting pattern of "morality",a "sage atmosphere" with complete morality of Wushu people has been formed. After completing the internal turn of Qi,the Qi of Wushu takes the "Qi of Art" as the artistic complex of aesthetic intention. It not only takes strength as the body representation, but also takes "Qi Yun" as the clear requirement of the rhythm oftechnical action, and then strives for the overall beauty of "Qi",so as to promote the development of Wushu "from technique to Tao".Third,Wushu people’s decoding of Qi.On the one hand, the breathing application of physiological Qi has become an introductory method of "breathing for strength" in Wushu. On the other hand,it has shown that physical Qi is the cornerstone, radiating the psychological, ethical and artistic Qi of Wushu. In other words, the spirit of Wushu is not only a simple technical utility but also a manifestation of spiritual strength, behavioural norms and artistic aesthetics. Not only that but also the individual spirit(physiology, psychology)and social spirit(ethics, art)of Wushu people, which is a complex of relying on individuals, moving out to society and sublimating to art.
