This research is mainly based on literature review,focusing on the collection of SVS Chinese teachers' competency items,which on the basis of open questionnaire and analyze of the work,For establishing the competency model of primary Chinese teachers in.Secondary vocational school,we randomly select SVS Chinese teachers for interview by using behavioral event.According to this model,a self-assessment questionnaire for the competency of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational school is compiled.We use exploratory factor analysis to process the predicted data,get the competency characteristics of secondary vocational Chinese teachers,form the competency model of secondary vocational Chinese teachers and prepare the formal questionnaire.Finally,we draw the following conclusions:(1)The competency model of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools is multidimensional,and each dimension is respectively: Chinese Literacy,Basic Skills,Personal Ability,Care and Help,Organizational Management and Achievement Orientation;(2)In order to verify the competency model of secondary vocational Chinese teachers,the self-assessment questionnaire of competency model of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools has been compiled,which has good reliability and validity.
