Strengthening the construction of "Double Competency" teacher troop is the key step to improve the overall level of the vocational school teachers,the vocational school teachers' level has the direct bearing on the education quality of vocational schools with which the mission of training professional technical talents.Author found that secondary vocational schools of Yunnan province exists a lot of problems.Therefore,author attempt tobuild competency model to building competency modelof Yunnan province.This paper applies the method of documents,behavioral Event Interview,questionnaire to filter competence characters,then to construct the competency model.Finally coming to conclusions as follows:First,this paper obtains 33competence characters,including basic cultural knowledge,professional education knowledge,professional practice skills,practice teaching skills,working experience in enterprise,stress tolerance,sense of responsibility,professional moral quality,industry influence,understanding of industry needs and so on.Secondly,using SPSS 24.0 software to do factorial analysis,then the author extract six common factor:the basic theoretical knowledge,professional practice ability,and professional teaching ability,the ability of academic research,personality traits and professional ethics accomplishment.Then calculate the weight of each common factor,and its reliability is verified.To make sure that the model is scientific and credibility,the confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS 17.0,eventually establish a secondary vocational school in Yunnan province Double teacher competency model.Finally,to solve the problems of the secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province,the author apply the "Double Competency " teacher competency model to develop secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province.Establishing the confirmation standard of "Double Competency”teacher,building up recruitment "Double Competency " teacher system.Then targeted for in-service teacher education and training,on the one hand can guarantee"Double Competency" teacher's development and growth,on the other hand,to promote the"Double Competency" teacher s to double shift;Based on the double teachers competency model,establish a "Double Competency "teacher evaluation system for the exclusive of the province,and combine with a reasonable incentive mechanism,form good linkage mechanism.
