In the 21st century,the rapid development of science and technology,the rise of 5G,thergence of big data technology,let us accelerate into the era of intelligence.The intelligent age brings various conveniences to our life at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the rural mathematics teachers.In the context of information technology,teachers should not only have certain mathematical subject knowledge and teaching skills,but also have certain basic information literacy and professional information literacy.so as to realize the professional development of teachers and realize the real educational informatization.At the same time,for rural teachers,the improvement of information literacy is imminent.This research takes mathematics teachers of six middle schools in Beizhen as the research object.Since 2015,Beizhen city education information construction in full swing,now has realized the rural middle school"interactive electronic whiteboard teaching all-in-one machine"100%coverage,for each school connected to the network,for each class to install the same class equipment,truly realized the"three through two platforms",this is a feat of Beizhen city education information.At present,the region has gradually entered the education information 2.0 era,from simple operation to creative use.then some sharp problems are exposed.the level of mathematics teachers'information literacy has been unable to develop in the same direction as the hardware level in the rural areas of Beizhen:The development of mathematics teachers'information literacy is one-sided and the technical training of competent departments is inefficient.Mathematics subject information literacy is single,and has not been fully integrated with information technology;Poor scientific research information literacy,lack of lifelong learning awareness;Improper use of information technology,beyond the students' cognitive structure and so on.In order to help mathematics teachers in Beizhen improve their information literacy,the author proposed some targeted strategies through interviews,questionnaires and classroom observations with six middle school teachers in the past six months.In terms of software,a learning platform of "expert sharing and teacher exchange" should be established,and mathematical education informatization competitions should be organized regularly.In terms of training,the training plan and training objectives should be formulated in accordance with the characteristics of mathematics disciplines,teachers and students.In terms of scientific research,it is necessary to encourage scientific research innovation,establish a scientific research professional team,and absorb university graduates to engage in front-line teaching and scientific research work,so as to inject fresh blood into the cultivation of rural information literacy in Beizhen city.
