Research On Professional Quality And Influential Factors Of Students Majoring In Tourism In Secondary Vocational Schools

The development of new formats in the tourism industry does not only provides more job opportunities for tourism graduates,but also puts forward higher requirements for the tourism professionals.When the academic member research how to improve the vocational skills of vocational college students,they also began to pay attention to the cultivation of students' inner qualities at the same time.Therefore,under the background of the new format of tourism industry,it is of great importance for secondary vocational tourism majors to improve their professional quality while learning professional knowledge.Based on such problems,this study will use some methods with theoretical and empirical such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,to explore the new requirements of the society for the professional quality of secondary vocational students majoring in tourism,and the ways to cultivate them during school.Combining the existing research and tourism professional characteristics,the tourism majors of secondary vocational schools are the research objects.This paper draws up the measurement content of professional quality according to the interviews with the employer managers and industry experts.Conducting reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and descriptive statistical analysis on the recovered data,this paper have deeply explored the influence of individual,school,family and social factors on professional quality.The following research results are mainly obtained:1.Revised the questionnaire of vocational tourism students' professional quality and the questionnaire of influencing factors of vocational tourism.The empirical analysis proves that the scale has high reliability and validity,which provides a basis for the later research on vocational tourism students' professional quality.2.It reveals the influence of individual,school,family and society on professional quality.The regression analysis shows that it is concluded that professional knowledge accomplishment,professional ethics accomplishment and key professional competence accomplishment are influenced by individual,school and social factors,and family factors have significant influence on professional consciousness accomplishment.3.It puts forward the effective training methods for the professional quality of vocational tourism students in the future.The professional quality level puts forward detailed strategies from several aspects,such as guiding students' self-promotion,creating a school cultivation environment,providing social support,and paying attention to the consistency of home-school cultivation.The cultivation of professional quality runs through every link of secondary vocational education.To provide theoretical reference for improving the professional quality level of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools.
