The graduates of tour guide service major in secondary vocational schools are one of the important forces in the construction of tourism industry and an important part of the tour guide team.Their professional quality directly affects the overall service level of tourism industry.This paper evaluates the current situation of vocational quality of students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools,explores the factors influencing the training of vocational quality of students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward corresponding training countermeasures,which can help students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools to improve their vocational quality rapidly,and provide useful reference for the implementation of vocational quality training of students majoring in tour guide service in secondary vocational schools.Based on the requirements of tourism industry,the characteristics of tour guide service,previous research results and related literature,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of vocational guidance service students' professional quality.On this basis,a questionnaire for students and employers is designed.Select secondary vocational school students majoring in tour guide service and secondary vocational school students majoring in tour guide service practice or employment of employers to conduct research.The overall level of students' professional accomplishment is analyzed by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The analysis results show that the overall level of students' professional accomplishment is in the middle to the middle level.By comparing the mean deviation of one-way variance,the satisfaction of employers and students with each index is analyzed.It is found that students' professional knowledge literacy is weak,the professional skills of tour guides need to be strengthened,and the career of tour guides needs to be strengthened.There are some deficiencies in core competence and unswerving ideals and beliefs of tour guides.According to the existing problems,this paper explores the factors affecting the cultivation of students' professional qualities,and finds that there are five main factors affecting the cultivation of students' professional qualities: one is students,the other is school training methods,the third is tourism enterprises,the fourth is industry,and the fifth is the country.Then,SPSS21.0 is used to analyze the expectations of experts,employers and students on various indicators,and to compare with the results of satisfaction.It is concluded that vocational core competence should be focused on training,vocational knowledge and professional ideal and belief should be secondary training,vocational skills should be improved accordingly,and professional ethics and professional awareness should continue to be maintained.Finally,according to the existing problems of the students' literacy of tour guide service major in secondary vocational schools,the paper puts forward the improvement measures from macro to micro,and the direction of school education: the state should improve the evaluation and incentive system of tour guides,increase the promotion channels of tour guides,issue relevant policies to protect the rights and interests of tour guides,and effectively improve the social status of tour guides;the industry should strengthen industry supervision and standardize tourism management behavior.Leading the media to publicize positively and optimize the living space of tour guides;enterprises should change the traditional negative concept of employment,guarantee reasonable salary and treatment,and enhance students' sense of occupational safety;schools should strengthen the construction of "double-type" teachers,improve teachers' practical ability and teaching level,rationally set up courses,increase the proportion of practical courses,improve students' professional ability,innovate teaching methods and improve students' occupational safety.Students should improve their self-learning ability,consolidate their knowledge base,accurately orientate and define their career development direction.
